"Wouldn't it be great if someone could sum up what happened This Week on SCP?"
Art credit to GreenGolem!
Hm… wouldn't it be great if someone could sum up the almost sixty pages posted per week to the Wiki in almost thirty minutes? And, maybe, give me a bit of the best ones while they're at it!?
— You, right now, reading this page.
What is This??
This Week on SCP! is a podcast that aims to do what it says on the tin — cover the work posted to the SCP Wiki (skips, tales, GOI formats), any onsite news, any significant off-site news, and offer commentary on all of the above — within 30 minutes. Main episodes will be released Monday nights1
There will also be half-numbered episodes (e.g. Episode 1.5) that will be less structured and cover broader topics (read: contest retrospectives, tier lists, whatever else) or even literary topics not immediately related to SCP (read: my path to becoming a real author). These I will not release regularly, however I do expect to make a fair amount of them on whatever journey I go on with this podcast.
The show can be found through direct downloads on this hub, RSS.com, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Podcasts, or wherever you get your Podcasts!2
Now, enjoy!3

Afterword
If you'd like other nonfiction SCP Wiki podcasts, check out these three that I really like:
- Simply Creative People: A great podcast hosted by
HarryBlank and
Grigori Karpin with high-profile and great authors such as
PlaguePJP,
LordStonefish,
DarkStuff,
Placeholder McD,
kinchtheknifeblade, and a hell of a lot more. They talk about writing, SCP lore, and their opinions on onsite works. Their episodes have gotten me through many workdays! Show hub found here.
- SCP Weekly: An excellent podcast from 3 SCP superfans with engaging banter, pretty interesting guest authors like IHP,
Yossipossi,
TroutMaskReplica, and a radioshow format that makes it perfect, in my experience, for housework that would otherwise be tedious. YouTube channel here.
- Object Class Podcast: A short but sweet podcast from two respected, battle-tested authors (
Captain Kirby and
A Random Day) that features concise, actionable advice on writing both in general and for the SCP Wiki. A must-listen for any authors trying to push themselves. Show hub found here.
So long, and thanks for listening!
