History: Dr Regan was discovered in a janitorial closet at Sector-25 when staff began work on the morning of ██/██/████ . It is presumed that he had been lurking there for some time before announcing his presence. Tissue samples harvested during vivisection demonstrated no anomalous qualities. Accordingly, at the direction of O5-5 he was given a white coat and told to get to work. Subsequently it was remembered to put him back together.
