Overview
Site-01 serves as the headquarters where most LVL-4 or higher administrative decision are made. Due to its nature as a point of great importance for Foundation operations, high-risk anomalies are not permitted to be contained within or transferred to the site. Site-01 additionally reviews personnel files and the annexation of high-profile individuals, as well as monitoring the technological research & development wings.
Approved Site directors are only to contact Site-01 during weekends, except during relevant emergencies or spring break Council availability times. Said directors wishing to reach Site-01 during business days are to do so after 4:00 AM.
