OVERVIEW
CHAPTERHOUSE-1 is the decentralized nexus for all administrative decisions made by the Initiative, serving as meeting quarters for the holy tribunal, the location of the GEHENNA1 arms bunker, and the headquarters of the AIE2
Due to the nature of its entrances as well as subconscious AIE activity, CHAPTERHOUSE-1 is not one specific location, but rather a larger topologically active cell-like structure with designated "anchored" areas.
CHAPTERHOUSE-1 has a particular standing among other chapterhouses, in that, despite its immense size, scale & importance of its operations, the only Initiative members aware of its existence are chapterhouse heads. While other operatives have been temporarily informed or invited to it, CHAPTERHOUSE-1 has, throughout its entire history, been unanimously hidden to the wider Initiave by the Holy Tribunal.
CHAPTERHOUSE-1 also oversees the birth of all other chapterhouses through the AIE, a conceptuamechanical unspace maintained by MONTAG.AAC3, semiospiritual homonculus. Although records of both have been dated to the late 90s, the current operational system of the AIE was only declared functional after the RED-DAWN agreement of 2034.

ENTRANCES
CHAPTERHOUSE-1 possesses three distinct methods of entry due to general safety & secrecy concerns.
Absolution Fountain for Entrace-1
The first and most mundane entrance is located in Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, a mosque serving as a major cultural and historical site in Istanbul, Turkey.
Upon performing absolution within the Entrance-1 fountain as well as praying until one's ambient Akiva emissions have reached 230 cAk, anyone wishing to enter CHAPTERHOUSE-1 may do so by informing a SEALBEARER4 of their visit and being guided into the chapterhouse through the basilica cistern.

THE INITIATIVE OATH
The INITIATIVE OATH or the SIXFOLD SEAL is a contractual code of conduct that must be followed by all members of the Initiative. Adherence to the seal allows for a variety of benefits for said adherents, such as heightened senses, a reported minor increase in "good fortune", the transference of otherwise lost information held by deceased operatives through a psychic link maintained by the AIE, a higher libido, a higher marital success rate, as well as a clear distinction from non-members. This allows for the immediate culling of spies & deserters.
The seal also serves as a Metanoöspheric anchor for all active SEALBEARERS, protecting them from the inevitable grasp of death until the completion of their designated "Purpose" or the direct will of God.
Any direct deviation from the oath within CHAPTERHOUSE-1 will result in immediate disciplinary action, ranging from excision from the Initiate to instant biochemical disassembly into a variety of materials which will then be used to further assist in adherence to the oath. The severity of said disciplinary action will be decided by the AIE.

HOLY TRIBUNAL
The Holy Tribunal is a rotating position made up of three men, referred to as SEALBEARERS. A SEALBEARER can be appointed to the Tribunal by the following means:
-Recommendation of a previous SEALBEARER.
-Possessing higher qualifications than a current SEALBEARER, voted in by at least two other SEALBEARERS.
-Temporary promotion due to the unavailability of a current SEALBEARER.
SEALBEARS must strive to adhere to the SIXFOLD SEAL as much as possible, within reason. They must also oversee all decisions regarding project MALLUES.
SEALBEARS possesses full administrative authority in the Initiative; however, they cannot make significant alterations in the organizational structure of the Initiative without a unanimous agreement to said decision by both other SEALBEARERS.
