Description: SCP-L926 is the designation of an anomalous building fire located at ████ ████████ Road, Chicago, Illinois. The fire initially began on January 1st 1929 and has persisted uninterrupted into modern day. All attempts to extinguish the blaze have failed, which has led Foundation agents to create a permanent exclusion zone around the structure and pursue the regular delivery of selective amnestics to the local population.

The only known victim of SCP-L926 was a local seamster by the name of Jacob L. Malone. The site of SCP-L926 was determined to have been Malone's primary place of business. The initial cause of SCP-L926 remains unclear.
