Special Containment Procedures: Floor 9 of the apartment building containing SCP-L369 has been sealed off permanently using the cover story of toxic chemical contamination. Foundation operatives are to inspect the entrance and windows to Apartment 904 each day at 09:00 and 17:00. Notes or papers affixed to the entrance of Apartment 904 are to be retrieved and transferred to the Outpost Director; all approved items are to be delivered at the next inspection.

Description: SCP-L369 is at least one component of the contents of Apartment 904 of the multi-unit residential building at 21 M. Riyozi Street, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Municipal planning documents record that the apartment has an area of 65 m², including a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. All windows have been blocked with heavy curtains and cardboard during the entire period of observation by the Foundation.

No data regarding the contents of Apartment 904 can be recorded. While the Foundation has deployed drones on missions into the apartment on three occasions, and these drones successfully entered, traversed, and exited the interior, none of the information gathered has been retrieved. Attempts to investigate the interior using radar, external microphones, and fibre-optic cameras have also proven unsuccessful.

Prior to the independence of Uzbekistan, the site was administered by GRU Division "P". Four attempts were made to enter the apartment by division personnel; of these attempts, three returned successfully, but the officers were unable to report any information about the apartment's contents. No archival data, arrest records, or employment records could be recovered regarding current or former residents of the apartment.

The entrance to Apartment 904 is known to have opened during the Foundation's observation of the site based on tracked dust, the disappearance of items provided by the Foundation, and the appearance of new scratches in the area around the door. Notes written on various kinds of paper appear 2-3 times a week on the door to the apartment. Despite continuous monitoring, no equipment or personnel have recorded the door in the process of opening or closing, or while in an open state.

At 21:09 on 2011/10/20, Foundation agents discovered a freshly dug pit in the garden behind 21 M. Riyozi Street. Excavation revealed the body of a 65-year old Central Asian woman; cause of death was established to be advanced oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma with secondary aspiration pneumonia, complicated by progressive systemic sclerosis. Time of death was estimated at 05:30 a.m. on the same day.

Agents discovered a cloth amulet buried with the body, containing a small parchment with a Quranic verse written upon it². As no formal documentation was discovered alongside the body, the process of identification remains ongoing.
