Description: SCP-L111 is the designation for a pocket dimension of altered characteristics: thermodynamic, physical, and quantum phenomena are altered — although being selectively absent to allow human life for short spans, the characteristics favour the maximum conservation and efficient transformation of energy mathematically possible for any compound eleven-dimensional N-type system.
Within SCP-L111 is a massive apparatus of unknown manufacture, composition, and apparently infinite size. It presents an adaptive terminal, which adjusts to the perceiver's main language — the system of the terminal is apparently analogous to the long-defunct standard STL system, where a base-25 multiple-coordinate system was used to exactly locate a point in time, space, and level.
Upon completely filling the coordinate slots, a button will manifest besides the keyboard. Touching this button will cause the complete retro-casual annihilation of the subject corresponding to the coordinates.
Procedure Omega:
The sole subject of Council Meeting #15367B is Procedure Omega — the designation given to the modification and use of the eigenweapon within SCP-L111, which consists of the following steps:
- Implanting entangled "watcher" metaparticles within the brain of every O5 Council member
- Complete erasure of various concepts antithetical to the carrying of decent sentient life throughout the multiverse
- Complete erasure of the origins of such concepts (if axiomal, left untouched)
- Complete erasure of meeting #15367B, of this document, and of the entrance to SCP-L111
- Modification of device to activate and target the universe of O5 Council members that the "watcher" metaparticles detect to have certain characteristics.
These "certain characteristics" are related to cases of the universe being subject to an infinite terror scenario; characteristics measured to ascertain this scenario include but are not limited to: A considerable and enduring Hume difference between mind/body and the outside medium; physical alterations hindering senses but not consciousness; a constantly heightened level of norepinephrine, cortisol, and activity within the thalamus; unaltered sentience remaining for more than 10 thousand years, etc. False positives are unaccounted for, though remain as an accepted possibility.
