Proposal: The core component of SCP-CN-3001-J is the safety mechanic implemented to most of the AI system by the Foundation, i.e. the Foundation document editing helper Skippy.aic.dll. Skippy.aic.dll is a safety insurance switch, when AI is judged as processing actions out of expectations according to the Special Format Protocol, activating Skippy.aic.dll will immediately cause the halt of operation to the relevant system.
Since the system that the Foundation is facing (Formerly O5-3000, “The Dik”) is not fully developed by the Foundation, it's therefore needed to implant the aforementioned system externally and activate that manually. Upon the activation of the system, the threat will be wiped immediately once special format is detected in the document of SCP-CN-3000-J.
