You walk a split path: Gate-A, the facility intact, D-9341 contained. Gate-B, nothing remains. All has been buried in a labyrinth of clearance, be it the Containment Breach, or Project Spiral Gestalt.

Special Containment Procedures: The Clearance System of SCP-9341 and its associated files are not to be modified without O5 approval.
In order to prevent cross-contamination, utilisation of Gates A and B to enter the facility is to be mutually exclusive for all personnel.
A small outpost has been established to process documents regularly released from Gate A. Processing consists of filing documents for potential future utilisation.
Entering Gate-B requires a radiation-resistant hazmat suit.
More specific Containment Procedures are available to relevant personnel.
Description: SCP-9341 is Site-CB,1 a facility subordinate to Site-19. Site-CB was originally a research facility, but had to take up containment duties past its expected limits as a response to the Fracturing Raids. After an incident further elaborated in this file's sub-documentation, it turned into SCP-9341.
SCP-9341 is causally inconsistent. The state of the facility is dependent on both specific "trigger" actions by personnel and on an as of yet poorly understood process. The primary trigger for the anomaly is interaction with the gate entryways to the facility. Site-CB will remain intact when entering from Gate-A and appears destroyed when entering from Gate-B.
For all intents and purposes, SCP-9341 serves as two separate but interconnected locations. Each has been assigned a distinct purpose, per O5 instructions.
SCP-9341-A is Benjamin Oliver Walker, formerly designated as D-9341. SCP-9341-A is a focal point of SCP-9341's anomaly.
Further information related to entering SCP-9341 through its respective gates has been archived on site or is available at Clearance 5/General request.
