Containment procedures: Scp 9115 is to be kept in a 12ft by 8ft by 4ft concrete cell placed at least 200ft from any other containment cell or staff living and working areas. Description: Scp 9115, the Intactum Worm is a slightly transparent blue worm approximately 1 meter in length, The worm has small claw like tendrils that protrude from its underside that it uses to crawl around. The worm possesses human level intelligence which it has used in the past to escape containment, most notably when it deceived Junior researcher ███████ into letting it free and eventually going on to kill him. Scp 9115's most notable ability is its ability to attach to a host and control their actions, little is known about this power but the foundation was able to gather this much during it's limited time studying Scp 9115. Scp 9115 can attach to any vertebrae host by crawling on to their back and digging it's tendrils into the creatures spine, Then over the time period of an few minutes to about two hours it will fight with the creatures central nervous system until it gains full control. Scp 9115 has demonstrated the compacity to rapidly learn new skills and adapt to it's environment, once it takes over a host it rapidly becomes accustomed to that creatures way of life. it carries over the skills it's learned between hosts. Despite it's learning of how to operate a given host, Scp 9115 has to constantly change hosts as most hosts die shortly after being possessed. Scp 9115's classification as keter was placed do to its constant escaping of containment, after 14 different attempts to contain it with varying success the foundation is yet to find containment methods it can’t escape from. Despite Its containment class Scp 9115 has exhibited minimal hostility towards humans. Scp 9115 has been authorized for destruction but every attempt to destroy it has ended in failure. Interviews with humans currently possessed by Scp 9115 have revealed its goal is to assimilate with the host it refers to as "The Apex" through questioning the foundation has discerned that the apex host it refers to is Scp 682. The 05-concil has officially labeled the assimilation of Scp 9115 and Scp 682 a K-class extinction event. The best theory of what will happen during this assimilation is rapid evolution and an unstoppable creature with the single goal of exterminating life on earth.
