Description: SCP-9019 is a transmissible cognitive bias towards acceptance. It acts through sensory exposure, leading to conceptualization and recall, which in turn provoke emotional experience and thought confrontation. SCP-9019 is, therefore, in direct opposition to the maintenance of Normalcy.
Additionally, through SCP-9019, threats, obstacles, impediments and setbacks to humanity's advancement are potentialized, as identification of these factors as such is hindered. It is expected that the Foundation itself has, due to SCP-9019, reclassified and modified containment procedures for several anomalies, in detriment of its foundationally established goals.
REMNANT personnel are Foundation staff selected for their outstanding memetic resilience. Their duties are to retain and reproduce Normalcy, as an ideal, indefinitely, until the day it's the only thing left.
