  I am forwarding you a task from Site Administration. As part of an ongoing audit of older records, I need someone to review a series of documents in Archival Room C. The goal is to identify any inconsistencies, irregularities, or missed details before the files are transferred and digitized.

  Due to the nature of these files, it’s important that the review is thorough. Given your aptitude for detailed analysis, I am assigning this to you personally. My apologies for giving you this type of work again, but I trust you to handle it carefully and completely.

  Please work through the attached list of documents. Though these are older records, they contain important information. Ensure nothing is overlooked. If something comes up, submit your findings directly to me.
