Special Containment Procedures: Physically distributed instances of SCP-9003 are to be documented and then destroyed upon collection, while digital instances are monitored and intercepted by Foundation web crawler BULLETINBRAIN.AIC. Civilians exposed to SCP-9003 are to be questioned and amnesticized as deemed appropriate. Locations where SCP-9003 instances have been previously discovered are to be monitored by Foundation field agents to determine if distribution of instances have ceased or if activity is ongoing.
Foundation personnel working closely with the containment and documentation of SCP-9003 instances are to receive frequent psychological monitoring and bimonthly performance reviews. Personnel not directly involved in the containment or documentation of SCP-9003 are prohibited from viewing archived SCP-9003 instances not cleared by RAISA. Prior authorization is required and may be granted for research or investigative purposes only. Exposure to the contents of SCP-9003 instances is to be kept at a minimum. Unauthorized personnel found to be intentionally violating these procedures or pursuing intact instances may be subject to disciplinary action.
