Description: Moved to Site-01. SCP-8661 is a carton of thirteen Pianissimo Ossia cigarettes, a brand discontinued in 2037. It holds unlimited cigarettes when used by persons with a remaining lifespan longer than three months — otherwise, it depletes normally.
Upon consuming SCP-8661, the user's psyche is transplanted into a hallucinated world. This space simulates a life filled with suffering that is eventually overcome by the self-actualization of an identity meaningful beyond struggle. After 100 perceptual years in this world, the person's heart, brain, and various organs will vanish, killing them instantly.
SCP-8661 was seized from Site-19 following their revolt. It held thirty cigarettes.
All of 19's head staff died from missing organs.
