Description: Known Threat Organization-4485-Pygmalion-Warhol is a subgroup of the anartist collective Are We Cool Yet? composed entirely of individuals operating under the pseudonym "Ruiz Duchamp". No communications among members of KTO-4485 have been found, but their behavior suggests a degree of coordination.

Whenever a member of KTO-4485 dies, a MANIF event1 will occur elsewhere in the world 391 hours later.

Rules of Engagement: Agents stationed in anomalous and nonanomalous art communities are to report all artwork published under the pseudonym "Ruiz Duchamp" to their supervisor. In the event that the artwork's creator is identified, they are to be apprehended by Strike Team 0092 "Ice Cold" and detained indefinitely under suicide watch. Due to their variable nature, liquidation procedures for individual MANIF events are to be determined as each develop.
