Item #: SCP-7468
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: The anomaly is contained in a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell. It must be sedated before transportation to another area. During transport, the anomaly must be wearing a Class III Humanoid Restriction Harness (including a locking collar and extension restraints) and monitored by no fewer than four armed guards. While the anomaly is quiet and reserved with most researchers there are some that will get the anomaly to talk for periods of time and a rare few of them get on its nerves to the point that an outburst happens. From trial and error, the researchers have found out that playing classical music before an outburst occurs will calm the anomaly down enough to not have an outburst. To make sure the anomaly is secured bi-weakly tests with SCP-529 are to be required since the anomaly deems it as its 'child' and takes the role of a parental figure to SCP-529.
Description: The anomaly appears to have the body of a female humanoid but has porcelain-like skin. It also has appendages that resemble the appearance of a black panther, specifically it has black panther ears and a tail and its forearms along with its hands and the lower half of its legs appear to be the paws of a black panther. The porcelain-like skin is ghostly white with some cracks on it that are a vantablack color scattered across its skin. The anomaly has black-to-blue ambre hair that is often straight but when an outburst is about to happen it becomes wavy. From the top of its head, it is roughly about 1.7 meters tall if you add the height of its ears it is roughly 1.8 meters tall, and the length of its tail is about .9 meters long from end to end. The anomaly prefers to speak English, medieval French, old Irish, Greek, or Scottish Gaelic depending on its mood when it speaks but most of the time it is English. New interviews have been in vain since we are still figuring out who doesn't get on its nerves but is able to make it talk. We have also found that other cat-like sounds get it to respond since its 'motherly instincts' activate not only around SCP-529 but other cats, mainly kittens though. The electricity mentioned before seems to be its fight-or-flight-based response when threatened by D-class either killing them within seconds or scaring them away. When tracking its speed it has the speed of a lightning bolt along with leaving electricity coming off its tail. When a successful interview with it was recorded it said something along the lines of "being struck with Thor's hammer Maljnor lightning and surviving" was the cause of the electricity part but nothing else about its origins that has been confirmed by the object at hand so far.
Addendum: The anomaly was found in a cave near the Temple of Artemis in Greece after several reports of seeing forms of lightning sparks coming out of a cave where the anomaly was living. Law enforcement tried to approach the anomaly only to be shocked back by its electricity that came out of the cracks on its skin along with its tail and ears the anomaly was then tranquilized by several tranquilizing darts for it to become unconscious and transported to the foundation for further research.
