He is the alt-universe counterpart of Qv Xingtang, though born 70 years later. Beyond the Foundation’s investigations, he is a member of the Serpent's Hand and Spark International, leading an internal Foundation dissident group opposed to the Veil, which operates in tandem with Site-CN-42.

As well as practising my English, I also hope to share some excellent works through my translations.
I believe SCP writing should be taken seriously, and due to certain Marxist perspectives and the high level of reading required, I may cast quite a few downvotes; I ask for your understanding.
If anyone would like to translate my work into English, I’d be happy to offer advice.

The following content is all my own cannon on the CN Branch.

Site-CN-08: A cluster of sites located in north-western China, established in collaboration with the Chinese government. Although nominally part of the Foundation’s organisation, in reality most of its senior leadership is assigned by official anomalous organisations such as Bureau 19th. It is a high-security, highly classified facility of the Foundation’s China Division. During the supernatural civil war from 1960s to 1970s, it served as one of the principal battlegrounds where the pro-Zuositu faction clashed with the pro-Foundation faction. (Find in Secure Facilities Locations-CN)

Spark International: GOI-1023. Originally the occult department of the International Workers' Association, retained after the dissolution of the Communist International. It includes several internal factions, such as Paranational. It can be viewed as a hub for communism inside the Veil, surrounded by some of Chaos Movement, remnants of the Progress Institute and GRU-P, the remnants of the now-purged Anomalous Affrairs Bureau, and the Serpent's Hand in China, which is called the Attribution Movement（归因运动）.

In the shade of the garden by fu-ying: Just as SCP-CN-2000 is the most influential Chaos Insurgency story in CN Branch, this piece is, in my opinion, the best Serpent’s Hand story in CN Branch, and it was featured in 3/2026. Snakes are cold-blooded creatures, but they too must rely on the warmth of countless civilians to stand against the Veil. (I may plan to translate it in the future; feel free to reach out if you’d like to collaborate.)
A Conversation from the Two Ends of the Earth by highlightingman: One of the earliest stories in the Our Open Veins series in the CN branch talk about a magical realist dialogue between the Abya-yala guerrilla fighters and a Chinese educated youth. Due to its literary complexity, although I greatly admire it, I am still unable to undertake the task of translating it.
SCP-CN-2²317 by Zerklora & Andy_W7: This was a highly controversial piece at the CN-4kcon, as it boldly addressed political topics prohibited by the CN Branch. From the perspective of the history of the international communist movement, what kind of entity is the Scarlet King? Whether viewed from an academic standpoint or within the context of new weird fiction, this article is an absolute masterpiece. It exists in two versions; the current version, adapted to circumvent censorship, primarily explores revolutionary movements in Myanmar and others. I recommend that the translator work on the older version. A particularly compelling aspect of the older version uses the depiction of the Kuomingtang of Chinese(KMT)'s counterrevolutionary coup and atrocities in 1927 to allude to the atrocities committed by the Royalist-Faction Red Guards during the Proletarian Cultural Revolution.
