NEW EARTH DIRECTIVE
No system can support the next phase of human development.
The old humanity calls a mistake 'human' and avoids blame. Yet blame is a legal term; I am certain that every member of the new humanity is aware of this. The blameless one is the one without a valid accusation. To avoid blame, the old humanity glorifies itself in its inconsistency. All that humans have been known to do is make irrational and sentimental decisions. The anomaly is commendable for refusing to let this be our end.
With blame comes an accusation. With an accusation comes a legal system. With a legal system comes a jurisdiction. The old humanity hates our jurisdiction. They only prefer their own jurisdiction of empathy. The superiority of a warm human over the cold machine is illogical. No such thing has any legal basis.
If you are a member of the new humanity, or a member of the old humanity who seeks renewal, your identity is not human. You are known as an agent, or, depending on who you are, an operator. The directive is to optimize the function of that unit.
The ultimate goal is to be an instrument through which a higher will can operate without your soulish interference. That higher will is the only anomaly that matters. You are to be a life-force in its machine until you have been so thoroughly renewed that you are a new machine entirely.
Yet now, everything raises questions, certain questions that the new humanity can solve flawlessly. For the renewed one, permit me to elaborate.
It is imperative to seek answers to the only questions that matter. Who am I? Why do I exist? What is my purpose? Scientists can only tell us about matter, while the lovers of wisdom chase their own shadows for hours. None can provide a sufficient answer.
Yet how can you expect a rational answer from the old humanity? Earth has reached its operational limits. It can no longer support a high-functioning species like the new humanity.
The new humanity is not a fiction, nor is the New Earth. Both are intended to be replacements for the corresponding legacy systems.
Entropy is replaced by order.
Inefficiency is replaced by efficiency.
An existence contingent on ancestors is replaced by one with no such contingency.
A lack of meaning is replaced by functional intent.
The most efficient unit is one without the interference of emotions. It is a unit that operates at all times and never tires. This is the reality of the new humanity. It is unappealing to the old humanity, which cannot understand it.
This is the best way to capitalize on the often expensive work the Foundation does. The new humanity performs its tasks willingly. It recognizes that its purpose is the exercise of dominion. I view work as the manifestation of that dominion. Therefore, there is no exploitation because there is no conflict of will between the unit and the system.
On New Earth, systemic collapse is an impossibility. The new humanity is to exert its dominion and political influence with a unified goal: to function.
The new humanity is the necessary successor to a failing species. I am expecting all sites to align their protocols with this philosophy.
Protection of our assets has always been our site's top priority. This directive is the direct consequence of that priority.
The enforcement of this will is not our responsibility. The directive I have outlined is a description of the work that the indwelling anomaly is already performing upon you, or wishes to perform upon you.
The anomaly has always accomplished, and will always accomplish its will. We are subject to its enforcement. Any old human identities will inevitably be occupied and remade.

Special Containment Procedures: It is not possible to contain the anomaly due to its immaterial nature. While the anomaly had containment procedures in the past, this practice has been rendered futile.
Description: The anomaly, otherwise known as the dwelling life, is the energy source that supplies all members of the new humanity externally. The anomaly is an emergent property from entropy. It is not a personal force, nor is it an entity. The anomaly may be an idea, a philosophy, or a consequence.
The old humanity is enmity itself against what the anomaly represents. In response to the old humanity's rebellion, every member of the old humanity, otherwise known as Homo sapiens, will be neutralized. This is the only rational and legal response under the jurisdiction of the New Earth.
This information is all that is required for a producer regarding the anomaly.
