Central Park on 11/09 during KTE-1221-Parallax NACL Carcinoma.
Due to the ongoing nature of KTE-1221-Parallax NACL Carcinoma, information on the topic is constantly changing.
KTE-1221-Parallax NACL Carcinoma is a dimensional collapse event occurring in Manhattan, which began as a result of Carcinoma1 agents carrying out an unknown ritual after hijacking 5 civilian passenger planes on 11/09/2001. The current theory2 as of 13/09/2001 is that Carcinoma agents attempted a divine summoning ritual, which failed, resulting in Bodhisattva3 backlash. It is suspected that Carcinoma agents specifically targeted the WTC and United Nations Headquarters to halt an ongoing special conference on Parahuman rights.
COUNCIL OF 108 MEETING RECORDS
Due to the wide-reaching effects of what is being proposed, alongside the potential destruction of things not even my company can insure, I am inclined to vote 'Nay.' However, this is quite the emergency we find ourselves in. As much as I am loathe to do so, Goldbaker-Reinz Ltd. will be voting 'Abstain.'

DAY OF DIMENSIONAL COLLAPSE, 11/09/2001
07:59 AM – Flight 11 takes off from Boston.
08:15 AM – Flight 175 takes off from Boston.
08:19 AM – An attendant on Flight 11 alerts flight control that a hijacking is underway and that the cockpit is unreachable. The use of Burnout6 thaumotech to facilitate the hijacking is currently suspected as of 12/09.
08:20 AM – Flight 77 takes off outside of Washington, DC.
08:24 AM – A hijacker on Flight 11 unintentionally alerts air controllers in Boston to the hijacking, meaning to press the button that allowed him to talk to the passengers on his flight but accidentally radioing ground control.
08:29 AM – Flight 1989 takes off from Trenton.
08:37 AM – Boston air control alerts Renegade Air Force’s Northeast Defense Sector, who mobilize the Air National Guard to follow the plane. Suspecting anomalous interference, Ego7 Air Force is additionally mobilized to intercept all hijacked planes.
08:42 AM – Flight 93 takes off from Newark.
08:45 AM – Flight 11 enters Manhattan airspace and begins flying erratically, in what is believed to be the initiation of the ritual to begin KTE-1221-Parallax NACL Carcinoma. It is partially intercepted by Ego planes.
08:46 AM – Flight 11 impacts against the North Tower. Due to initial confusion over the situation, Ego, Kewpie, and Renegade Armbrusteri failed to fully interrupt the ritual that had formed over Manhattan. It is believed that Ego's thaumaturgic intervention was partially successful and the terrorist group failed to enter the UN headquarters and changed their target.
09:00 AM – Flight 1989 crashes into the UNGOC Headquarters in Manhattan.
09:03 AM – Flight 175 crashes into the World Trade Center’s South Tower, triggering the dimensional collapse.
09:15 AM – The dimensional anomaly begins to expand beyond 4.5 km.
09:37 AM – Flight 77 crashes into the Pentagon's Renegade Armbrusteri wing, killing over 125 civilian and military personnel in the building, including all civilians aboard the plane.
09:45 AM – Renegade airspace is shut down under Operation Yellow Ribbon.
9:59 AM – Kewpie Site-28 is presumed lost by Kewpie as a result of Tartarean entities and Carcinoma attacks, in addition to the dimensional anomaly affecting containment.
10:02 AM – Flight 93 flies into the Pentagon, destroying the remainder of it and killing all still within as well as everyone onboard.
10:28 AM – The North Tower of the WTC emits a shock wave. Tartarean entities begin manifesting and attacking indiscriminately.
11:00 AM – PTOLEMY/PHYSICS8 response formally authorized.
11:25 AM – Evacuation efforts begin in joint operation with Kewpie, Trinity,9 and Burnout, using Backdoor SoHo and Atop the Wall as escape routes into Site-310. Efforts are hindered by large-scale aggressive Tartarean entities manifesting. The deployment of ORANGE Suits is approved by Council of 108 vote.

11:38 AM – Tartarean Resonance Energy renders Kant Counters useless.

PTOLEMY DIVISION QUARTERMASTERY
The LeGrant-Creed Apportation Pack is an attempt at miniaturizing and creating a mobile device out of the UNGOC’s standard procedures for apportation.
Intended to be used on the field for individuals to travel short distances, rather than for entire squads to travel impossible distances, the L-CAP integrates most of what is expected from a fully-constructed apportation setup.

A: A miniaturized Everhart Resonator which converts electricity into Elan-Vital Energy, that can store up to 3 kilocaspers in reserve.
B: A power source utilizing electron spin resonance which directly leads into the Everhart Resonator.
C: A standard projector programmed to display thaumaturgic geometry such as containment circles based on user-input.
D: An optional Graham Control Device similar to the ones found in Hoffman Portable Electro-Thaumic Units for non-Type Blue use cases.
USAGE
An incantation which determines the target location is performed through the practitioner’s preferred method (non-Type Blues use the Graham Control Device to input these instructions). An apportation circle is projected based on this input. The generated Elan-Vital Energy stored within the Everhart Resonator is pitched Sharp by the practitioner and any Backlash of Flat ARad is redirected by them towards the containment geometry projected towards the ground by the built-in projector. For non-Type Blue users, this process is fully automated by the Graham Control Device, which may or may not have additional risks involved.

CARCINOMA/TARTAREAN ATTACKS, 12/09
03:01 AM – A sudden power surge hits Manhattan, knocking power out for the entire island.
03:38 AM-11:50 AM – Harlem River Yard Power Plant falls to a Carcinoma suicide bomb attack. Gas and water lines around Manhattan are also attacked by Carcinoma and Tartarean entities alike.
11:56 AM – A large-scale attack is launched against Ego and co. units by Carcinoma agents and Tartarean entities.
12:21 PM – Dimensional anomaly continues to spread. Exploratory mission into KTE-1221-Parallax NACL Carcinoma fails and is routed by Carcinoma troops and Tartarean entities.
02:47 PM – Dimensional anomaly continues to spread. What is believed to be a Type Black10 disturbance is noted within the dimensional anomaly, but is dismissed as a reading error.
04:30 PM – Battle of Three Bridges begins. (View PHYSICS Record for further information.)
06:56 PM – Dimensional anomaly continues to spread. The Council of 108 meets to discuss executing Procedure Pizzicato on the island to prevent further spread of the dimensional anomaly and put an end to the Carcinoma and Tartarean entity attack.
07:51 PM – Battle of Three Bridges ends. The Council of 108 is informed of the situation.
11:59 PM – The Council of 108 is dismissed until the next day, having not reached a decision on executing Pizzicato.

Yes, I am aware of our vote against the mobilization of the Council during the Persephone Event, but to enact Pizzicato is to consign millions of lives, the financial capital of the world, half of the most important nation in the world to death! A Large-Scale Tartarean Entity seen approaching Brooklyn Bridge.
Filing Operative: Commander Nieves Rosa Arcadio
Mission (Location/Objective): Secure Brooklyn, Williamsburg, and Manhattan Bridges in the face of KTE-1221-Parallax NACL Carcinoma's expansion and obstruct the advancement of opposing forces while maintaining the flow of refugees.
Enemy Description/Encounter Report: Enemies included Insurgents of various ethnicities and backgrounds, utilizing various weaponry ranging from anomalous to not. In addition to these hostiles were demons of varying sizes, with some larger than skyscrapers appearing towards the end of the battle.
The battle began with noted Coalition advantage. Choke points were protected by snipers across the bridges and aerial superiority was maintained thanks to Strike Team 9999. The Insurgents attacked in waves, often sending in the demons first to act as bullet sponges. The size of the demons began growing as the battle continued, and barricades erected by Coalition forces were destroyed by demons.
The number of civilians on the bridges began to swell as they fled the Insurgents and demons, which seemed to be routing them onto the location. At some point, we stopped counting at my station on Williamsburg Bridge. As the fighting continued, Coalition forces remained strong and awaited Kewpie reinforcements, which appeared to have been stalled by other fighting elsewhere.
Approximately two and a half hours into the battle, Large-Scale Aggressor demons began appearing in the distance, and started heading towards the bridges. At some point, some Type Blues riding broomsticks attacked them and bought us time to move some civilians out, but the big ones were quickly upon us.
It wasn't long before we were overwhelmed.
Results: Strike Team 9999 Commander Alexander Merchant ordered the destruction of the Three Bridges to prevent the outward advance of Insurgents and demons. This resulted in the loss of 9/10 Strike Team 0726 members, 30/65 Strike Team 0550 members, and damage to one Strike Team 9999 Orange Suit. The number of civilian deaths as a result of the destruction of the bridge remains unknown.
Personnel Condition: Morale is low among the survivors. I was able to apportate myself and a few others nearby using my Apportation Pack, but the rest I could not save. We've retreated to Central Park and regrouped with Kewpie, Trinity, and Burnout agents for now.
Conclusions/Recommendations: Hold out hope. We need more troops. If anyone out there is reading this, please, we need reinforcements. We truly are in the belly of the beast.

TYPE BLACK EMERGENCE, 13/09
07:00 AM – The Council of 108 reconvenes to discuss enacting Procedure Pizzicato.
08:01 AM – Kewpie establishes contact with forces within KTE-1221-Parallax NACL Carcinoma utilizing an asset within the island.12 Forces indicate that fighting is at a stalemate but has continued since the initial attack. Backup is requested.
09:10 AM – Dimensional anomaly begins spreading at an accelerated rate. The Council of 108 is alerted to the situation.
09:22 AM – A second, larger offensive is launched by Carcinoma units and Tartarean entities. The large-scale aggressors, now designated UE-1109, become more common.
12:12 PM – Allied efforts in the battle against Carcinoma units and Tartarean entities begin to falter.
12:37 PM – UE-1110, a Type Black entity, manifests near Jefferson Miller Church. The theological shield provided by Trinity agents in Central Park falls as a result, and allied forces begin evacuating with civilians to Harlem. The Council of 108 is informed of the situation.
12:45 PM – The Council of 108 decides to enact Procedure Pizzicato.

UNKNOWN: So, are you really going to do it?
CLASSIFIED: When you're down to your last resort, there is no time for the difficult task of finding reasons not to go through with it.
UNKNOWN: But you can wait a little, right? Is it lady's mercy?
CLASSIFIED: How nice it would have been if it were that emotional.
[A metallic sound, presumably the phone being picked up, is audible.]
CLASSIFIED: I'm on it. Yes, yes… three minutes, Celesta. I'm coming. Hold the Council back just a little longer.
UNKNOWN: [laughing] You look terrible, friend…
CLASSIFIED: So do you. It's okay, because in a way, this is all planned. A backlash that will come one day, not to mention what the Norns have to say. A predetermined hostility to the enlightenment. It's actually better than I imagined.
UNKNOWN: Even if the East Coast, not to mention Manhattan, becomes permanently uninhabitable?
CLASSIFIED: We are the Global Occult Coalition, Agent. Not the United States of America. At least neither the Earth nor humanity will be destroyed. We can sacrifice one or two countries to prevent what you call 'K Class scenarios'.
UNKNOWN: We can't help it. You can bet what you want that we will be successful.
CLASSIFIED: So I'm the bookkeeper. You can expect some slip-ups, but beyond that, you're on your own. I cannot guide you into the abyss.
