Description:
Transfigured humans that have undergone an unknown process. They exhibit the following characteristics.
- Appear obese between 150 to 200 kg. However, they will actually weigh up to 250 kg due to the density of their muscles and skeleton.
- Large eyes measuring around 30 mm in diameter. The average diameter for baseline humans is 25 mm.
- A second set of arms usually concealed beneath clothing.
- Two or three copies of their internal organs. They function as a backup when primary organs are damaged.
- A secondary brain located in the torso. It is protected by bone that structurally resembles a ribcage.
- High concentration of heavy metals reinforcing the skull and long bones.
- Interwoven muscle fibers that are structurally similar to carbon nanotubes.
- Complex valves in blood vessels that can close off flow. It will prevent specimens from experiencing exsanguination when injured.
- Psychological traits of malignant narcissism and psychopathy.
In spite of their abnormal physiology, all instances are genetically human. Where they originated from is unknown.
KTE-0641-White-Domino will attempt to infiltrate society, and seek prepubescent humans in its area. Instances will monitor their target for around six months before finally abducting them. At an isolated location, the victim will then be converted into a new instance of KTE-0641-White-Domino.
KTE-0641-White-Domino are capable of sexual reproduction, but their offspring will be indistinguishable from baseline humans. They presumably have to undergo the same transfiguration process as other KTE-0641-White-Domino.
Rules of Engagement:
KTE-0641-White-Domino are to be identified through covert x-ray imaging. Operatives are not to engage and report them. A strike team equipped with armor-piercing ammunition and White Suits will carry out liquidation. Whenever possible operatives are to acquire the offspring of KTE-0641-White-Domino, and use them to lure instances out of densely populated areas. Upon reaching a designated location for a faux exchange, strike teams will commence liquidation.
Snipers must aim for the legs of KTE-0641-White-Domino. The parathreat can also be disabled with remote-activated explosives. All operatives are to maintain their distance from the target even if it appears liquidated. Liquidation will be confirmed with a thermite reaction in the torso to ensure complete destruction of the secondary brain. The cadaver is to be incinerated.
Offspring of KTE-0641-White-Domino are required to undergo sterilization and hypnosis. They are to be implanted with the false memory of mundane parents that expired in an accident. The Manna Charitable Foundation has agreed to receive the offspring of KTE-0641-White-Domino. They will be closely monitored for any anomalous development.
If KTE-0641-White-Domino does not have offspring to use as a lure, civilians inhabiting an area with instances must be evacuated. An appropriate cover story is to be disseminated. Meanwhile, the target is to be misled that a quarantine is in effect for a biohazard or chemical spill. Liquidation will commence when all civilians have been cleared from the area.
Appendix:
As of writing, the liquidation of KTE-0641-White-Domino is a joint effort with the SCP Foundation. They refer to the parathreat as SCP-1788. Strike teams are to coordinate with operatives of Armed Mobile Task Force Tau-4 ("All Things Bright and Dutiful") when needed. Any discovery concerning KTE-0641-White-Domino will be exchanged.

Parathreat Investigation Special Observer: "Big Brother" (14577212/723)
Overview: Throughout the world there have been sightings of obese humanoids abducting children. The children remain missing until they are eventually identified elsewhere through DNA testing. They are always found obese, and engaging in child abduction.
Parathreat Evidence: Regardless of their appearance, all instances of the parathreat are stronger and faster than a regular human. Law enforcement agencies have observed their ability to shrug off being shot multiple times. They also have an extra set of arms that is corroborated with footage. I believe the parathreat is a Type White.
Suggested Response/Requests: The parathreat will need to be handled with a Level 4 response. We don't know how many of them are out there, and there is a chance we can become overwhelmed.
Members of the GOC General Security Council were approached to acquire additonal information. The British Occult Service (Military Intelligence, Section 13 [MI13]) submitted the following debriefing on KTE-0641-White-Domino. Multiple instances have been observed through the mass surveillance system of London, England.

Throughout the United Kingdom there have been reports of fat, four-armed ogres that abduct children. In the past it was presumed that the ogres feasted upon them, but the information gathered by the Foundation and Coalition has proven otherwise.

The Royal Archives revealed that their existence in Great Britain can be dated back to the reign of King Richard III in 1483 AD. His deposed nephews King Edward V and his younger brother Prince Richard of Shrewsbury, Duke of York, heirs to the throne of King Edward IV of England, were taken from the Tower of London by a four-armed ogre. At the time they were 12 and 9 years old, respectively.
The ogre had killed multiple guards during the incident. King Richard III initially ordered a discreet search for the Princes in the Tower, but he failed to locate them. It was assumed that they perished. Their mother, Elizabeth Woodville, never knew what happened to them. However, we performed a DNA test on some of the four-armed ogres. They often share ancestry with the princes.
It's likely that the ogres have been involved in other notable cases of missing children. For example, the disappearance of 6-year-old Sheila Fox on 18 August 1944. Unfortunately, our agency neglected the case to aid the Allied Occult Initiative in the Second World War / Seventh Occult War. In hindsight, the case likely involved an anomalous occurrence.
When Hong Kong was still under British rule, Zero Team of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force investigated reports of four-armed ogres kidnapping children. We were disturbed by the fact they could also be found in China, and considered the possibility they existed globally.
We deploy the Special Air Service to terminate active specimens. The CTTV network of London assists our search for them whenever possible. Thousands of children go missing every year in Great Britain for various reasons, which often involve occult threats. If the complete elimination of the four-armed ogres alleviate the numbers then it will be worth it.

Our first documented case of the parathreat occurred on June 18, 1952. John Horan, a farmer in East Texas, reported that a large man with four arms kidnapped his 7-year-old daughter Lily Horan from his porch. He told the local sheriff department that he fired his hunting rifle three times at the threat entity. The witness claimed that it turned around, and threw a small rock at him. It then flipped over Mr. Horan's car as it continued to flee. The bureau became involved with the case, but Lily Horan was never found.
Similar cases throughout the United States started to be documented. However, a later investigation found that the parathreat has been active before the 1952 incident. In the aftermath of the Okeechobee hurricane of 1928, an African-American witness named Abraham Bonifay reported a kidnapping in Florida. He described a white, morbidly obese figure with four arms carrying an unconscious child over its shoulder. It appeared to be injured, and wore clothing that was likely damaged by the hurricane. Mr. Bonifay could not identify the child. Unfortunately, the case was dismissed by law enforcement. The description of the suspect and racial prejudices at the time were likely contributing factors.
Suspects related to crimes involving children have been mistakenly identified as instances. Furthermore, the rise of obesity in the United States has made it even more difficult to find them. It has allowed them to blend in better with civilians. Regardless, we have been working with the Foundation to neutralize the threat whenever we find them. They have been designated a threat to national security.

Urthor and our elders remember two instances of KTE-0641-White-Domino in the Blood District of Eurtec. The incident happened before we joined the Coalition in 1998. It is unknown how they entered the city, but Skuldir foretold that illegal entry would eventually occur. They committed only a single kidnapping before we intervened under the command of Verthandi. Our security team successfully liquidated them after an intense battle. There have been no further incidents with the parathreat ever since. The Nornir will always ensure that Eurtec will remain safe and secure.
The Japanese Anomalous Groups Peace and Amity Treaty Organization (JAGPATO)1 provided the following report on KTE-0641-White-Domino.

According to our records, the threat entity referred to as KTE-0641-White-Domino has been encountered in Japan. The Special Investigation Division of the National Police Agency Security Bureau provided us casefiles that matched the description. The anomaly is responsible for the kidnapping of 34 children between 3 to 10 years old since 1966. Most of them were investigated by the Special Affairs Division (SAD) of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Public Security Bureau. Special Investigation Teams were deployed multiple times, but they have failed to rescue victims.
We have permitted the SCP Foundation and Five Elements Association to neutralize all instances inhabiting Japan. SAD, the Public Security Intelligence Agency, and the Counter-Anomaly Unit of the Japan Self-Defense Forces provide assistance whenever possible. Fortunately, the low obesity rate in Japan makes it easier to discover instances. In addition, dwindling births throughout the country will hopefully lessen public kidnappings.

The following document originates from the untitled bestiary of the Gogyō-Kessha (五行結社; translation: Five Elements Association). It was written in the Heian period of Japan2 during the reign of Emperor Ichijō between July 31, 986 to July 16, 1011 CE.
Child-stealing Tribe with Four Arms
There are strange people with plump bodies and four arms. They wander into villages as weary travellers to eventually steal children. Clothing is used to hide their excess arms. They are ferocious with the strength of a bull, and flesh as hard as stone. However, it is possible to slay them. Hunters must arm themselves with swords and arrows forged from the Bladewood Grove of the Amakuni clan.3 Cut off their head, arms and legs. Archers should aim for the back of their knees. The creatures can also be trapped within a deep pit to prevent their escape. Use the unbound fury of Fire against them until nothing remains. Water can also be used to form piercing jets to wither them down. Wood can break their flesh like tree roots growing through Earth.

I am the site director responsible for their containment at an armed research facility. We have been attempting to learn how they transform the children to no avail. Our only success has been their neutralization. However, their strength and numbers have been overwhelming for our mobile task force. Mission (Location/Objective): Liquidation of KTE-0641-White-Domino instances in New Mexico, United States of America. The White Sands Missile Range was used as an extermination site with permission from the U.S. Department of Defense.
Encounter Report/Enemy Description: Multiple instances of the parathreat were inhabiting New Mexico. Some had produced offspring that were used to lure them away from urban areas.
Results: All instances were succesfully lured and liquidated at the White Sands Missile Range. There was plenty of space for us to use explosives, and no civilians to worry about.
Personnel Condition: No casualties. The only damage the parathreat inflicted was by throwing rocks, which lodged into the surface of White Suits. It caused some bruising that will heal without issue.
Conclusions/Recommendations: Strategy was effective against KTE-0641-White-Domino, and significantly minimized casualties that can occur from engaging the parathreat. Other strike teams should lure instances into secluded areas to deploy more destructive weaponry.

Interviewed: Instance of KTE-0641-White-Domino that was formerly identified as Kyle Witherspoon. It was extracted from Anchorage, Alaska, United States of America.Preamble: The following interrogation was performed by Agent Hawthorne to expand knowledge of KTE-0641-White-Domino. The captured instance had its limbs dismembered, and kept suspended with chains inside an isolation chamber. Said chamber was equipped with an observation room and intercom. After 3 days of unsuccessful enhanced interrogation techniques, Agent Hawthorne was permitted to administer KTE-0308-Plague ("The Nietzsche Virus")4 into the instance.
Prior to being captured, the subject had produced offspring with a transformed female (liquidated). The offspring was approximately 10-years-old at the time. Agent Hawthorne requested Coalition thaumaturgists to copy the offspring's likeness onto a disposable individual. A Group Carcinoma ("Chaos Insurgency") terrorist sentenced to death by the International Court For the Paranormal was provided. The intention was to extract information through psychological means as a final resort.

Hawthorne: I wanted to avoid this, but you leave me with no choice. We have your son, Kyle.
The decoy mimicking the subject's offspring is brought into the observation room while gagged and restrained. Subject raises its head to look directly at the window, and struggles briefly in its suspended restraints.
Hawthorne: If you continue to be uncooperative we will terminate him. What's it going to be, Kyle?
Subject: You bastards.
Hawthorne: Is that a no?
Agent Hawthorne draws his sidearm and aims it at the head of the decoy.
Hawthorne: You have ten seconds to start talking before I pull the trigger. Ten. Nine. Eight-
Subject: You won't pull the trigger. Stunted children like you are too weak to kill real children.
Agent Hawthorne responds by shooting the decoy in the leg. The subject immediately becomes distressed, and struggles further in its restraints.
Agent Hawthorne: You think I'm bluffing? Haven't you heard the saying that children can be so cruel? Seven. Six. Five. Four-
The subject ceases its struggle.
Subject: It doesn't matter. Nothing you do will stop us. There will always be children that can become finished. Attachment is for children.
Agent Hawthorne: Are you sure, Kyle? This is your own son. We humans consider each of our children to be irreplaceable. If your kind is truly human then show me. Make your final decision now. Three. Two. One.
Agent Hawthorne proceeds to execute the decoy. The subject appears distraught while turning its head away from the window.

The captured instance refused to communicate further. It was then liquidated and properly disposed. Its offspring was transferred into the custody of the Manna Charitable Foundation.

The durability of KTE-0641-White-Domino is a significant concern when enacting liquidation. Notably, engagement with the threat entities in public locations can be risky. Not all instances will have offspring that can be used to lure them away to a secure location, and effectively uphold the Coalition's Second Mission.
We are seeking to develop a safe method of teleportation. However, it will require linking the parathreat to an apportation spell, and preparation before each use to send them to a specific location. The delivery of the spell will likely have to be done via a bullet embedded into them. Otherwise, only the bullet will relocate.
I will consult our thaumaturgists about performing some tests. If everything works out it can be used for other parathreats that are also too dangerous to engage in urban areas.

Someday they can find a career with us or the Coalition. Despite their origin, we believe they can do great things for humanity.

A coordinated attack from instances of KTE-0641-White-Domino occurred simultaneously at three Coalition facilities. A state of emergency was immediately declared by High Command. Meanwhile, the SCP Foundation also reported an attack on one of their facilities.

Mission (Location/Objective): Repel coordinated attack on the GOC Three Portlands Embassy, Base 2, and Base 4.
Encounter Report/Enemy Description: We estimate that around 60 instances of KTE-0641-White-Domino were involved in the attack. They were heavily armed with all sorts of weaponry, and their four arms allowed them to use multiple.

The instances were also wearing kevlar body armor. It made them more difficult for on-site personnel to fend them off. One instance was performing thaumaturgy, and kinetohazards with their four arms (hereby referred to as the Type Blue).
They rushed into the facilities, and immediately started attacking anyone they came across. Surveillance footage revealed they exited out of portals that manifested nearby.
Results: The attack was succesfully repelled. We managed to liquidate 44 instances of KTE-0641-White-Domino before the rest fled through portals. The emergency lockdown procedures stalled their rampage through the facilities. However, they still caused a lot of structural damage.
ST-1431 ("Reborn") confronted the Type Blue. They were successful at liquidating it while the other strike teams handled the rest. The threat entities attempted to concentrate their attack on ST-9999 ("Max Damage"), but everyone provided assistance to prevent them from becoming overwhelmed.
Personnel Condition: 178 on-site personnel were killed in the attack with 32 sustaining severe injuries. ST-9999 have three Orange Suits that need to be repaired before redeployment. The threat entities were targeting their legs. ST-1431 lost one operative against the Type Blue. The rest of the team must recuperate their mana. Furthermore, a total of 29 operatives from the other strike teams were killed in action. Most of their White Suits can still be salvaged for reuse.
Conclusions/Recommendations: I recommend we raise the response level to 5 (Immediate Threat). We need to have all our facilities on high alert in case of another attack, and also investigate who supplied them with weapons. Overall, these things clearly want to have a war with us.
An audio message was received from a recorder left behind during the attack. The SCP Foundation also received it. It has been transcribed below.
Greetings, children. I am Father.
Today was a demonstration of how stern we can be with you. For some time now all of you have been hunting us down. You steal our children, our very own blood. You repeatedly doubt our humanity. You call us monsters. However, you couldn't be more wrong.
We were willing to spare everyone that became stunted. Let you enjoy blissful ignorance until death. It's not your fault someone failed to fufill their duty as parents. Our numbers had become few. We, the adults, have failed you. The best we could do was live among you, and grant your children the gift of being complete whenever possible. It has been that way since the Day of Flowers.
Unfortunately, you have forced our hands. We will not allow you to permanently cripple humanity. Do you understand, dear children? I will save you from yourselves. It will be a difficult process, but the time has come to finally grow up. I'm sorry. Please know that Father still loves you.
