　The simultaneous terrorist attacks of September 11 and the Dimensional Collapse of Manhattan, known as 9/11, are currently the focus of worldwide attention. The Foundation announced yesterday afternoon in a statement that the perpetrators of the attack were likely the extremist group: the Chaos Insurgency. The New York-based correspondent of Koigarezaki Simbun reports on the overall situation of the chaotic incident.

Background of the Incident - The Chaos Insurgency's Intentions

　Global order following 12/07 has been constructed mainly by four organizations: the Foundation, the Global Occult Coalition (GOC), Prometheus Laboratories and the United States of America. The new paranormal organizational system of these four powers, which exert influence in various fields such as politics, the military, science and the economy, is referred to as the Gulf of Mexico Agreement, after the common name of SUSEOCT (Southern United States Extranormal Organization Cooperation Treaty), which served as a jumping off point. For our Japanese readers, SUSEOCT is the American equivalent of JAGPATO (Japanese Anomalous Groups Peace and Amity Treaty Organization).

　However, the collusion between the four major powers, which had been observed even before the 12/07 Incident, has become increasingly corrupt since the establishment of the Gulf regime. A prime example being the Tamarack Building scandal, which we have recently reported on, in which the Foundation and the FBI Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU) regularly exchange some sort of paranormal asset. Although spokespersons for the Foundation and the UIU have claimed that this is "just a containment measure," it is clearly a cover for bribes or money laundering, and our interviews with Site-58 have always been denied due to the Foundation's cover-up efforts.

　Under these circumstances, the 9/11 incident was carried out by the Chaos Insurgency (CI), a military paranormal organization that broke away from the Foundation. The CI has been excessively opposed to the Foundation from the time of its inception, and this hostility to the Gulf regime is believed to be the reason for this incident.

Current Summary of Known Events

　The attacks began with the near-simultaneous hijacking of five aircraft - American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175, Delta Airlines Flight 1989, American Airlines Flight 77 and United Airlines Flight 93 - at around 8 a.m. (local time) on September 11. The CI executors used some sort of paratechnology in the cockpit and utilized mental manipulation on the pilots to send three of the planes (American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175 and Delta Airlines Flight 1989) to Manhattan, New York, and the other two (American Airlines Flight 77 and United Airlines Flight 93) to Washington, D.C.

　American Airlines Flight 77 and United Airlines Flight 93 then crashed into Pentagram Headquarters (The Pentagon) and Shanksville, Pennsylvania, respectively, in non-anomalous accidents that resulted in the destruction of their aircraft. However, the three Manhattan-bound planes crashed into the World Trade Center (WTC), and immediately after the collision, the entire area of Manhattan around the WTC collapsed into another dimension of nested crystalline structures.

　According to the International Center for the Study of Unified Thaumatology, these phenomena are similar in nature to the "Bodhisattva backlash" that usually occurs during incomplete manifestations of divine entities, but nothing of this magnitude has ever been observed before. According to Shugen Wang, 75, a member of the Bamboo Basket Peculiar Archaeology Association, a branch of the Chinese Society of Anomalous Things and Phenomena, it is likely that the CI used the ancient para-technological system of connecting collective consciousnesses of Prometheus Neurons, also employed in the 12/07 incident, in the descent ritual of another divine entity.

　"It is not known why the ritual failed, but if it had succeeded we would have witnessed the Polish nightmare of three years ago again…. an even greater one."

Movements of American Organizations

Several mysterious creatures are being discovered around Manhattan. The owner of a local sushi restaurant says they moved when he cut them into three pieces.

　Currently, it is not possible to observe the situation in the Manhattan area, and the safety of those who were within it at the time of the phenomenon is unknown. Another dimension is encroaching into ours, and the Foundation and GOC Special Operations Headquarters based in New York are busy day and night responding to the situation.

Currently, they are working with holy water generation systems and relocating anti-Tartarean equipment from Las Vegas to New York.

　On the other hand, the GOC appears to be willing to blow up Manhattan Island if erosion continues in another dimension: in 1988, the GOC partially destroyed the area around Hy-Brasil with a directed nuclear energy weapon] targeted against the Crocosquid (also known as the Crocodile Kraken), and is in fact deploying similar weapons around New York City. The Pentagram, the Pentagon's occult division, is in crisis, and the US Government is urging the GOC to act with caution, but the GOC, after regretting the delay and damage caused by the 12/07 incident, seems to be maintaining an uncompromising stance in order to bring the situation under control as soon as possible. 　This article was written by my father, Takayuki Hirosue, who for many years was editor-in-chief of Koigarezaki Simbun, predecessor of Koigarezaki News Agency.
