Very nice.
It's fairly rare to see a seriously written personnel file these days, much less a good seriously written personnel file.
The woman holding a human skull is Dr. Caroline Elizabeth Whitney (1899-1928).
The photo Caroline Whitney examining a skull, [ca. 1928], VC170074, is taken from the Mildred Trotter Photographs, Certificates, and Artifacts (VC170) collection, in the Bernard Becker Medical Library Archives, at the Washington University School of Medicine. Whitney joined the University in January 1928 as an anatomy instructor, which is probably what led to this photo being taken. In July of 1928, she died of tuberculosis, so this photo is from before July.
What this means for the photo's copyright, I couldn't say.
It was from a public domain photo archive. Salute for doing the legwork, though.
OwO what's this?

Translator from the Korean branch(but not of this page). What could I do to reproduce the image in this page? I'd like to render the picture into Korean.
- Translate Revision 48.
- Take a screen shot.
- Apply a blur filter.
- Translate "Where Were You When It Ended"
- Superimpose the above over the image in text approximating the original (red with black outlines, horizontal or vertical lines missing from letters when it doesn't affect readability, barely translucent).
