This is my first tale here! I'm pretty proud of it and I'd like to thank Ihp for giving me feedback and critique along the way.

I came up with this by asking the question, If there are all these businesses that act as cover ups for the different sites, shouldn't they actually function as the business they are disguised as? And the product of that question is this!

Thank you! I do have some ideas for more tales I can write about Sevens, like one about her going out to all the businesses in Sloth's Pit and meeting the wacky people who run them. I mean, they have to get their plastic products from somewhere.

Yeah I get the idea but generally you’d expect the foundation to use personnel who don’t have scp experience or knowledge to manufacture goods through their fronts.

While logically that makes sense, this is Sloth’s Pit. Also, There Is No Canon, which, while a flimsy shield for glaring inconsistencies within a story arc, also provides an adequate enough one for a scenario like this where Site-87 has background of not being the most well funded site.

Why, exactly, do the higher ups even need Site-87 to make plastic for their cover? I thought everyone in Sloth's Pit pretty much knew what "S&C Plastics" actually is. Regardless, I did enjoy the story.

A plastic manufacturing facility that outputs literally no plastic but still drains money is gonna look weird.

Hmmm… Well, if something goes kablooey with using Pop to pop out plastics, at least it'll be a narratively entertainingly way due to Sloth Pit's Nexus, rather than the explosion-and-death way it would elsewhere.

I bet it was the IRS getting in their business. Short-term, the Foundation accountants can obfuscate, but long-term, putting out a plethora of plastic is more workable.

"You know what I can't get my head wrapped around? Like, the one thing that doesn't make any sense?" asked Jimmy, drinking his extradimensional smoothie.

"What's" *slurrrrp* "..that?" replied his friend.

"Why doesn't the plastic factory make plastic?"

"Dunno." With that answer, the Goatman stood up and clapped Jimmy on the back. "Anyhow, gonna go grab a shower."

Jimmy waved, as the Goatman walked on to a path that wasn't, and disappeared.

"For real though," Jimmy opined to no one, "why don't they make plastic?!"
