SCP-3578 Is a 3 meter long unbreakable 3D board. The first half meter is nothing but a green military base with a sign saying "Green" on the side. The next meter is a tight jungle. After that the next meter is a dessert with small mounts and lakes. Then the last half meter is a sand colored military base with the sign "Dessert" Written on the side. It's normal that gunshots, explosions and yells are heard from the board about 1 or 2 hours every day, -19 and three staff votes.

Grammar and clinical tone are poor, and you've committed the cardinal sin of redacting the containment procedures. Did you ask for feedback on this before posting it?

explosion proof material
No such thing exists. Explosions aren't the same thing as bullets. A nuke going off is an explosion. Popcorn popping is also an explosion. A paper bag can withstand the forces involved when a popcorn pops. The same bag won't stop a nuclear bomb.
It's not the materials that are explosion proof, it's the combination of materials and how they are built that makes something resistant to explosions. Even then, they can only withstand a certain amont of explosive force before they fail.

The description of the item was very hard for me to picture. I could only understand the description after reading the rest of the entry. The grammar was a bit sloppy as well. Have someone look over your post before posting.

Why didn't they just stuff each army on a separate box? I mean, overall "living toy soldiers" isn't a great idea to start with, but it could at least get improved if the execution didn't seem so bland. Remember, the Foundation itself and its efforts for containment are also potential narrative elements.
SCP-4072 is a 2 meter bipedal humanoid capable of speech which resembles a wooden doll. The material the specimen is carved from is made of ████████████. (Note: Carving limbs is no longer allowed due to an incident. See log 72) When SCP-4072 writes a piece of music with lyrics, the song becomes reality in a matter of ██ hours. SCP-4072 turns all metal within a 3 meter radius to rust, -17 and three staff votes.

bipedal humanoid
Being humanoid implies that it is bipedal. You should only point out how many legs it stands on if the humanoid is not bipedal
SCP-3583-2 is a 305 x 229 x 152mm cardboard box tightly sealed at the top with multiple layers of duct tape. It has little to no markings, only a scratched off unidentifiable logo, a “#2” written in marker pen on the side and a sticky label reading “Do not open under any circumstances”, and appears to be in good condition. SCP-3583-1 was, as far as we know, identical, except it said "#1" instead of "#2", -17 and three staff votes.

There are (at least) two successful iterations of "is this anomalous or not" concept already on the site, and various others have been submitted. This one feels too on the nose. I get you want to convey a credible threat, but your chosen method feels somewhat lazy with it just looking like something else which was an anomalous bomb.
You could have also tried to spice this up by giving it some interesting containment procedures or trying to explain how these got into Foundation custody, though that's just some wild brainstorming.
SCP-4154 is an anomaly manifesting in the form of a 27 year old individual, vaguely resembling a Japanese male. At this time, SCP-4154 has yet to pose a threat to any Foundation personnel or civilians. However, due to its sapient status, it is to be classified as Euclid until further research is conducted into its mental status, -16 and three staff votes.

As fun and lovely the reference video is, this suffers from poor execution and poor clinical tone (that first footnote being a prime example). Worst of all, the anomaly is boring.
Did you get your concept checked in the Ideas & Brainstorming forums? It is typically the first step you should take when creating an article, barring the How-To-Write An SCP guide.

Did you say anywhere THAT it manifests? You say what it does when it manifests at placesbut never state that is that the ability to (i am guessing) teleport.
Maybe its just me but thats bothering me.
SCP-4780 is a standard issue [REDACTED] branded box cutter, measuring 10.16 centimeters when fully extended. The blade is incredibly sharp, although the steel alloy it is made of is not unusual in any way. Anyone who hasn’t experienced or isn’t currently experiencing suicidal thoughts can hold SCP-4780 with no ill effects. However, if anyone who has experienced or is currently experiencing suicidal thoughts touches SCP-4780 for more than 3 seconds, either the blade or handle, they will try to kill themselves, -15 and three staff votes.

Nice job writing an SCP! While this idea is interesting, it's a little under-developed, and objects that make people suicidal have been done before in one way or another. As a result, the community will most likely not receive it too well unless it has some sort of catch, twist, or something else that makes it particularly stand out among other similar SCPs. Also, the article has a few typos in it, and it needs some format work. There are official feedback forums where you can post drafts of your SCP and get feedback; I'd recommend posting there first if you haven't already. I can almost confidently tell you that your SCP will not be received well by the community since it is largely draft quality.

Per your forum history, this is the only forum thread you had: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-9770014/2-scp-ideas-and-sandbox-link
You were told "So you know, the "it forces you to hurt yourself" approach isn't particularly interesting on its own anymore, given how many times SCPs with that effect have been written." and additional details in the same vein.
SCP-4081 are two objects classified as SCP-4081-1 and SCP-4081-2. SCP-4081-1 is a black/grey fedora made out of an unknown material that is very resilient against fire, cuts and brute force. SCP-4081-2 is a knife 30 cm long and 3 kg in weight. SCP-4081-2 is made of an unknown material that seems to be indestructible. When These two objects are united with a photo of a person all three objects will disappear when out of a line of sight, -15 and three staff votes.
SCP-4026 is a group of 81 7 Oak trees2 located in ██████ Park in the small town of ███████, PA. During the night (approximately 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., though it does vary), instances of SCP-4026 start exhibiting sentience and the ability to walk around █████ Park. While this is happening, instances of SCP-4026 become incredibly territorial and aggressive to any person in the vicinity, attacking them with their branches, -13 and three staff votes.

This article is simply just a start. That's it. Like the idea and photo but this is just series 1 tier level of writing. "Trees that walk. Where did they come from?" Is just not very captivating. It was a good idea to get an idea on Reddit, but the fact of the matter is, you should really come HERE to the FORUMS before posting. ALWAYS.
I don't think this article is going to stay on the mainlist, but all it needs is some tweaking.
LordSpy
Meh
There's not really anything wrong with it, but you barely do anything with it beyond merely "they're walking trees". The removal from the park apparently killing one of them is a minor development, just not one that elevates it to new heights.
SCP-3734 is a small transistor radio of unknown make or model, constructed of a red-colored plastic with a gold-colored disc used to adjust tuning. It contains a small plastic wheel on the side of the device to adjust volume, and a 3.5mm jack to output sound to other devices, such as headphones. Testing has revealed that any transmissions received on SCP-3734 cannot be recorded onto any formats newer than the compact cassette, -11 and three staff votes.

The level of detail was well thought out, but the skip itself was kinda boring and seemed too fast, especially with the sudden O5 segment at the end. I think this could have been creepy if there wasn't such an emphasis on making it so threatening.
Taffeta
The conceit of this one isn't anything particularly inspiring — a radio that tells the future is at least more interesting than one which tells the past because we don't already know what happened — but the fact that the article feels it's necessary to explain itself to us despite a plodding list of expository examples a few paragraphs prior is really the icing on the cake here.
EOCTO
It's a good idea, but I think it still needs a bit of work.
For example:
-"when he closed a broadcast" - I think the broadcaster 'Charlie' should also have SCP designation, like, for example, SCP-3734-C. Then you wouldn't have to use he.
-"of said broadcasts" I feel like 'said' sounds a bit strange here when you could've just said 'the broadcasts'
-"Class B amnestics were administrated to several employees" I feel like there was a missed opportunity for and interview log here since the foundation wound want to know where the store got the radio from.
-"damage any newer recording medium upon attempts to record onto it." Could you give an example of what happens?
Overall good concept but just needs a bit of editing.
