Those who are personnel of the Foundation who have contracted this condition have all been compelled to begin disclosing information about the Foundation to the public.
Perhaps consider revising this sentence. "Personnel who contract this condition have all been compelled to disclose information about the Foundation to the public." Are they only compelled, have there ever been instances that it happened? What does the Foundation do to these people, then? "Terminate" them?
The SCP I like, but I personally don't think that particular symptom - an urge to divulge information to the public - really fits with the rest of the SCP.
