Well, here goes nothing. First attempt is first. Please be gentle c;
I like it. A mute and the choir. Upvote from me.

SCP-2042-2-1: … I… Believe that there was a Mr. Cartier and D'arc. Wonder if the other was related to that D'arc.
Dr. N█████: … I believe that is highly unlikely.
I believe there should be a line space between those.
All it really needs is a "> " between the lines. Want me to fix it for you?
SCP-2042-2-1: … I… Believe that there was a Mr. Cartier and D'arc. Wonder if the other was related to that D'arc.
Mr. Cartier and D'arc. Carter and Dark. Is this an MC&D Scip?
Either way, Upvote from me. +1
vocal chords
No. There is no definition of "chord" that would make sense here, especially considering you're talking about cords of muscle. Vocal cords.
This comment is also for everyone.
Actually, that was the correct spelling at one time. See the second definition. It was influenced by the Greek khorde, which referred to the biological structure known as tripe, and thus also the gut-based strings of the lyre.
You're right, of course; that spelling fell out of fashion some time ago. But it was correct at one time.
There's some odd redactions in this one. Why is the specific efficiency of the skip's digestive system censored (assuming that something like that is as precisely measurable as to yield a percentage)? And curse words are generally not blackboxed.
As for the concept, it's not bad, but I'm not particularly grabbed by it. The weird little extraneous bits, like the shoe-horned MC&D reference and the fact that it's allowed to perform for staff as a morale-boosting measure, drag this into downvote territory for me.
((Also the latter is a proposal in pending, not approved of.))
I like it. It's simple and well written, and a good version of the Wish-gone-bad trope, without going overboard.
I might shave off the addendum, and un-redact some of the redactions (like the digestion % and possibly the name of the singing group), but as it is right now, it's good.
+1
I think this works as a good humanoid skip. Admittedly, my first thought was "Is this Pikmin?" I'm really not sure why. There are a few odd word choices in the interview and I'm wondering if those are intentional.
It's been up for a day and already at +21. I must admit, this is far more successful than I expected.

The appearance of the subject is otherwise unremarkable, with slight balding and grey hair and beard, but lacks a mouth orifice of any sort.
The appearance […] lacks a mouth.
The subject can lack a mouth. The appearance of the subject can't lack a mouth.
Aside from a mouth, all instances lack any other distinguishing features.
I think what you mean is facial features. Absence of facial features would in fact be a distinguishing feature.
Vocalising appears to be the only task all instances are capable of despite the full number of them being used simultaneously.
This sentence isn't very clear. I get what you're saying, I think, but it could be worded better.
They are to be fed three times as much food as an average build human would normally require.
SCP-2042-1 requires approximately three times as much sustenance as an average male of his age and build.
Since -1 receives all the food consumed by -2s, and -2s are fed three times as much as normal humans, and there's 20 -2s, then -1 actually requires 60 times as much sustenance as an average human, not three times.
MTF-Gamma-769 (My Little Friend)
SCP-2042-2-1: Oh, my little friends?
This is a weird coincidence.
living in a world of silence and despair.
That seems overly melodramatic.
Intention to off me, if you understand what I mean by that.
Seriously? Because he's mute he must be suicidal? Meh.
Addendum: It has been requested that SCP-2042 is allowed to perform at Site-██. It has gained quite a reputation amongst researchers preceding containment, and as such would greatly boost the morale. Approval is pending.
I don't like this and don't see how it adds anything to the article.
Other than that, not bad.
2: No, the "clones" lack all other features except a mouth: moles, a navel, reproductive organs etc. in other words anything that would differentiate them from another clone.
4: No. SCP-2042-1 simply uses the clones as his mouths. The food is not exactly fed to them, but him. I can see that it is a tad confusing of a sentence though.
5: .. Yes, it is. Didn't even notice until you pointed that out. :l
6: Try being a mute all your life, not being able to say a word while the world around you constantly speaks their mind. I know I wouldn't be in too high spirits about that.
As for the rest, my wording can be a bit off, yes… It's a thing I'm furiously working on. Thank you for the critique, it was helpful.
