Quite possibly my favorite SCP. Not particularly creepy, but funny and interesting. I'm also a huge Andre the Giant fan, so that helps.

As much as I hate to have this as my first writing on this site and while I like Andre as much as the next guy, why is Foundation keeping Fernand? Seems like standard gigantism. Is there any other benefit to keeping him around? Especially due to the loss of personal.
Somehow I think that a giant that randomly eats people and seems nigh-invincible qualifies as an anomalous object needing containment.

Needs some clinical re-writing, but it's otherwise good.
I do very much like the character and would love to see it expanded upon. Problem is this doesn't seem much like an SCP considering it seems like a standard case of gigantism. If anything this guy should be arrested for being a cannibal and a murderer.

Seems like an interesting character. The writing needs to be tightened up a bit, though. Right now, it feels very rambling, like a personal account rather than a formal SCP entry. A bit more quanitification of his extraordinary abilities would also work nicely. Something like "can lift up to 900 kg in a clean-and-jerk, has skin which turns away bullets of up to X calibre fired from a distance of 20 yards (yes, I don't really know guns), and has displayed an IQ of 110 on puzzle-solving, but an 80 on comprehension of complex instructions" would help not only to indicate how extraordinary he is, but also indicate that the SCP Foundation is doing more than just keep him in the cell and periodically feed him D Class.
I like it.

How old is Fernand? Usually people with acromegaly have shortened life spans due to the extreme stress of their size on their hearts and other organs. He is obviously more than just a giant, but a little more explanation would be helpful. Thick muscles alone will not stop bullets.
The containment information says he is being held under the idea that he's a king. Yet, the end of the article says he's good at spotting lies. Was this just an accident or is it supposed to hint that he actually understands his situation and is playing with the foundation's head?
CP-082 apparently understands the concept of lying, has shown to know when others are blatantly lying
From this, I gather that he will believe you if you tell him he's a king. He will not believe you if you tell him he's, say, a cat.
Up-voted. Because, why not make a 2.4 meters tall cannibal be into playing dress-up? That's why.
Perhaps enhance the creepiness a bit, in future edits. Was it intended that he seems like a nice guy, other than that he could eat you if he feels like it, of course.
