Cliché-Con 2019 - Cliché Suggestion Thread

This thread is for suggesting clichés that will be featured for the Cliché Contest. In the comments below, each wiki member may suggest one (1) cliché for each category - a total of two (2) suggestions. Please make both suggestions in 1 comment and label which suggestion is for which category, and please be specific!

The categories suggestions will be taken for are cliché anomalies and cliché story elements.

Also, read the thread - try not to post duplicates.

The featured clichés from these suggestions will be chosen and announced on December 21, 2018, by myself and taylor_itkin does not match any existing user name.

A friendly and appealing humanoid with a powerful power which they only use for good

Cliché story element:

An extremely powerful humanoid who doesn't give a dang mops the floor with the Foundation, who cowers and wrings their hands fearfully

*Bonus points for both at the same time
