So you know when you sit under a porch light and moths divebomb you but seemingly ignore the rest of your body and aim directly for your face?

What if they're just trying to sell you something?

Anyway, much thanks to Piefish, Chubert, Crayne, and anybody else who happened to glance at this in chat! Your opinions and critiques were, as always, invaluable.

When I saw the picture I took that to mean that Zyn had written up another article.
Then it turned out to be a moth, which was a pleasant surprise.

The article itself is very short and lacks substance, but it brought a smile to my face.

EDIT: Also italicized the species name.

I did find this somewhat amusing, but to be honest, it seemed like it ended too quickly. I feel that there could have been more. It was funny, but it was pretty bland. No vote.

I know that the moth's "speech" is in all caps because it's a Morse code transcription, but I couldn't help but read it as a loud voice like it was a car salesman or Billy Mays.

"YES THIS IS THE FINEST MOTH HELM YOU CAN FIND ON THE MARKET. BUY NOW WHILE YOU CAN. SUPPLIES ARE LIMITED."

This is kind of stupid. It's yet another (sorta) talking animal, and the commercial joke isn't really enough to make it interesting. I smiled, slightly, but that's not enough to save this from a downvote.

Seems awkward to me here. Apart from and aside from in the same sentence? I think maybe the apart from clause (it's a clause right?) can be removed, I'd say the helmet is an anomalous characteristic anyway =)

There's been a moth living in the grating of my computer near my fan where the computer lights are, I fear he may be mentally disturbed or otherwise impaired, whom might I contact to acquire a moth helm for this gentlemoth?
