Caught me with the title at first…"Wait…Lord Blackwood??" but then I read it :P Still good!
I liked the first one of these, but the other two are pretty lame, with the images especially being a disappointment. The first one looked good, but the subsequent ones looked really dumb, and the quality on these isn't high enough for me to neutral vote. I also really wish there was more content to these, and that they all weren't essentially the same poster with minor changes. I really had hoped for more.

Fair enough on your assessment of the artwork; as I've said elsewhere the poster format makes it really hard to come up with images, and they DO need images. What I don't get it is that you seem to be disappointed that we're following a format. Yes, they're the same poster (and I disagree about minor changes, you're confusing the limitations on the amount of characters with a limit on creativity), but that's the point of a format: you take the base and fill in the blanks. If you measure SCP articles by the same standard, all of them are the same article with the words changed.
I'm not disappointed that you have a format, just that the content in that format is bland, and some of that can be blamed on the format not living up to the circus poster premise.

Seconding roget's general assessment of the items. I can ignore the appearance of the posters okay, or write them off as artistic license, but that doesn't make me like the entities themselves more. They're sort of just generic anomalous humanoids in one place. It's like if the Serpent's Hand did an extremely insensitive fundraiser. It's exactly everything I expected out of an anomalous circus, without significant addition.
Also, is everything happening at 1PM?
It is for these three posters, since they came from the same author, and the time denotes when the entire show starts. I suppose I could have chosen three random times and places, but I didn't.
Once the contest is over, and if this survives, the amount of templates could be increased for more variety. Hell, we might manage to sneak in another template before the posting window closes.
"put my down in a chair" < [my] should be [me]
"Rumbling, tumbling or swinging around around" < did you mean
"Rumbling, tumbling, or swinging around and around"?
That… PICTURE.
Why? Why could you not find a picture of "human with eyestalks" and throw it into a cheap black-and-white Photoshop filter? WHY?
