It's got potential, but a more detached tone would serve it well. Rather than being factual and concise, it leans towards being a little more descriptive and "fluffy".

Part of the enigma of the unknown is exactly that — mystery. Leaving a bit to the imagination usually doesn't hurt. In essence, describing something's physical attributes very sparingly, describing only the important features, allows the reader to invent other features of their own accord, thus enhancing its reality to them.

But all in all, a very interesting, original idea. Kudos.

Maybe state specifically that it is A4, squared A4, A5 or whatever you envision.
As standard means nothing, I guess it could most likely be A4, but that doesn't mean it is…

while i love the idea of this scp, the addendum feels contrived, and a bit silly. well hidden schizophrenia and sociopathy? the subject was a convicted serial killer!

That wouldn't necessarily make the schizophrenia blatantly obvious, but the sociopathy i might see where you're coming from.

I like this one. Kinda interesting/odd that the guy being a nutjob would cause the map to turn into a memetic insanity-bomb/coma-inducer. (I'm pretty sure I used "memetic" properly there… please correct me if I'm wrong.)

Please remove expungements from procedures, so I can upvote with clear conscience.
After all, it's quite good Scip. Just needs some tweaks on its form. Despite that, it has potential for excellent SCP.
Well, except for addendum. It feels kinda "forced". Like if added just to make this SCP dangerous. Also reference to Ω-7 is unnecessary IMO.

Upvoted, but come on, finish the containment procedures. (Or better, just say "guarded by security personnel at all times" and have that be that!)

If you're gonna redact something, redact that MTF, and solve all the Omega-7-related complaints.
