As of 11:31 PM EST on 3/19/2014 this is my favorite and will be tough to beat.

Following this, the feet will appear to retreat into the walls of SCP-2083, although no corresponding leg will appear on the opposite side. The foot will orient sideways, and remain suspended there until the shoe is removed, at which point the leg will return to its former state.
I've read this several times and I still cannot comprehend what exactly it means. What retracts into the walls? The foot wearing the shoe? The legs that the foot belongs to? All the other legs? What do you mean by "foot will orient sideways"—if it has retracted into the wall, how can we know what it does inside the wall? If it didn't retract inside the wall, what does it mean "sideways"? Does the leg's ankle somehow twist sideways painfully? Does the foot detach from the leg and begin floating in mid-air, sideways?

SMS text message
contained a picture
what
Well the first SMS was sent in 1992, so that's not an issue. Seems the first MMS message, which a picture would need, wasn't until 2001 though so you may want to rethink that bit.
I'm a bit unsure what the spherical protrusions refer to, I'm guessing either balls or asses but neither would be spherical.
My impression was that the protrusions are heavily implied to be human testicles. If that is the case, I think that an organization like The Foundation would just call them by their clinical term and say "human testes" or "what appear to be human testes" rather than be bashful about it.
Its butts

The Foundation should just call them "human buttocks," then.
I'm guessing they don't want to… ahem… ASSume anything, since the picture was really blurry.
Just had to downvote this, I just don't find this interesting. There is one point that irritates me a bit:
a used sneaker is to be thrown into SCP-2083, and the results recorded by on-site personnel.
Well, the article did say "footwear", so why not just say "a used shoe"?
Also, I had to add a period that was missing at the end of a sentence, but I feel that there should be a comma in the middle of this sentence:
~2% of legs within SCP-2083 appear to have ingrown toenails, but other than this(,) there are no significant health details apparent on any SCP-2083 leg.
I still think this is really similar to the detaching arms, but the butt addendum has actually added a lot to this and taken it in a new enough direction for an upvote.
Also I saw this yesterday and thought of this article. Before it was even up!
but the butt addendum has actually added a lot to this and taken it in a new enough direction for an upvote
Dust kicks up in the air, and Famine disappears into the desert, his job done.
I think I need to write an SCP called 'The Butt Addendum' now. Thanks.
Legs that want your footwear and want to be models. I like this. :3
Aside from personal bias, this SCP demonstrates all of the necessary characteristics:
Okay, sorry. That was also personal bias.
But I don't care~ +1 because 2,000 legs.
And also because THESE MAY BE YOURS / OR MAYBE WE KICK THEM
(Perhaps you could say that was the kicker~?)
