so an interesting study mite be terminating a paraplegic and then reanimating him. since dead skin dosent decay further would it fix and bring him back to life, possibly improved.
The question on everyone's mind: Would it work on 682?
How exactly does one go about measuring a brain for IQ? It's not a structural thing…IQ can only be measured by active testing. You don't just slap electrodes on it and look at a brainwave monitor.
Even assuming the SCP has access to remarkably high technology (Pretty much a given), such a test would require an advanced brain-machine interface in order to test the cognitive functions.
Hmm….there are several mentions in places about the SCP having apparently relatively commonplace visual and audio implants…but this goes beyond transmitting data to the brain, and into a two-way communication.
I always do find it embarassing when an SCP displays remarkable ignorance of scientific fact.

If the author doesn't come forward I'm thinking of editing this one myself. Some aspects of this one are interesting, despite its many problems.
Same. It's a good idea and can be worked with.
OK, revision draft completed. I changed it a bit and added an experimental log. I sometimes go overboard on the logs, so i welcome criticism especially on those parts (and on all revisions in general). Please, tear it to bits as much as you can. Maybe we can pull this one from the chopping block after all.
I think it's a good rewrite, but it seems to be lacking some err… sterility I guess? The language used in the description is lacking that clinical tone that's present in all good SCPs. Maybe someone else can explain it better?
Reading over my handiwork, I have a few comments and one request.
1-I'm not sure what you mean by the clinical tone, soulbane, but I agree that reading the entry leaves something to be desired. Can you be more specific in what areas need work?
2-The entry lacks the horror that I'm sure is there, if only I could express it. I believe it's partially a problem of concept, partially a problem with the way it's presented. As flawed as the original was, it probably did a better job evoking mood than the current version does.
3-The only interesting aspect of the rewrite is similar to many other entries, especially SCP-427.
So my request is: help? Any ideas and criticisms are welcome. If you have big ideas that are hard to explain, feel free to do some edits yourself.
i love this one….in particular, the head and heart removed and then reanimated…."research ongoing". oh the foundation is a bunch of glorious bastards.
