Here's another one that's suffering from acute indifference— three votes and one comment in eighteen months (half of which are mine just now). This one looks like it has more potential than 223, though. Either way, I think we need to either improve it or get rid of it. This one's also orphaned, if any of y'all want to take a crack at improving it.
This is terrible. It's too short, and the effect isn't interesting enough to make a rewrite viable.
I think this guy can be saved without too much effort. I mean, it's interesting enough, but I think it's just so concrete that most people go "oh, cool" and move on.
If it gets deleted, please add an entry to the log of anomalous items covering the irregular action bits.
If its still open to cleaning up and doctoring, I'd be willing to try my hand at it, with appropriate permission.

Since this article has apparently been abandoned, and no one else has stepped up, I don't see a problem with that, Troy.
Well, I've given it my best shot. Since I guess I'm working on this now, any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks for the opportunity!

Much better. I still don't like it, but it's certainly greatly improved. Well done.
Definitely better than before. "Clock that messes with time" isn't the most unique concept in the world, but I do like the fact that the range of effects is apparently acoustics-based, something that's better described after the cleanup. It's still not stellar, but it's good enough to keep.
Good enough to keep is just about how I feel.
Overall, good clean-up though. Thanks, TroyL.
Much better. An issue with the containment: it looks like you have instructions to change the damping nodes both daily and monthly. Unless I'm misreading it.
I'm calling for a review of this article. Please read it, vote, and comment if you haven't already done so.
While the idea behind it is workable, other articles have done similar concepts with better execution. This one just feels incredibly blunt, with no subtlety to its execution. I just feel like it would be so much more interesting if it would just tell us the details of the effect, rather than skimping or expunging anything that might pique the interest of the reader. An expanded version of this could be stellar.
Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!
The writing is impeccable. I just don't feel anything about the concept one way or another - it doesn't even really disappoint me, it just is - and I am therefore not voting.
