So, right off the bat, I'm Doctor Grahams, I'm (one of) the new guy(s) (on mid-transfer…[if I'm lucky I'll have a renowned lore and canon before long, eh? ;) ]) and I'm here to talk about an SCP with a bit of a trope…
What is it called?: "The most useless thing in the world" (Courtesy of Grahams' Slacker-Division)
Where was it found?: [As of yet, Unknown]
What is it? : An infinite-regress Metric-Verifier-Measurer-Verifier (ad infinitum)
What is/[are] it/[they] / What does it look like / What are its properties?: A set of 26 Anomalous-nanocybernetic-infused glass detachable and co-operating panels ranged SCP-"?"a through z…
What does it do?: Well, it's thought they are supposed to measure the verification and truth of an imperfect measurement of human-origin, and correct it, (that goes for false positives, false-false positives, false negatives and false-false negatives) problem is, it needs extra (and I say that lightly) panels of the same anomalous design, origin, function etc. to measure the initial measurement of the given written/device-measurement [made on any of the panels a through z, excluding the one used initially] and to correct them, but suffice it to say, they're "missing" as once activated, the screen on the panel will declare "Input for verification of verification needed…(again, despite having only a-z, this is thought to go on forever)
Classification: Safe (Secondary Classification: Futile)
That's about it guys, so tell me what you think, feel free to give it the full brunt of your force, this is my first SCP idea, so give it your worst, I can only improve, but take it with a pinch of salt, as I'm going for the "behind-the-scenes story" medal on this one :)
