There's a SCP-X in the containment procedures. That aside, I like it.
I really enjoyed the evolution of this one. It was fun to see how it developed over time from a really "tell-y" kind of story into what it is now, and I'm glad to have been a small part of the process.
You were a big part of the process! I wouldn't have made it without your help!
I don't want to mean this as criticism of this article in particular, but I'm getting really tired of objects that affect dreams. Maybe it's just me, but that seems a common go-to effect and it's just not that interesting.
Overall this isn't doing a whole lot for me. TL333s has a point about dream-affecting objects, though that shouldn't be an obstacle if the article has a potent enough draw.
I respect the attempt to add some flesh to the bones here, so to speak, with the background documentation, but the "wow I'm really sad my wife died" needs a little more development and to be handled a little more deftly for it to have the impact you're looking for.
Hmmmm, hmmmmm. The doll throws me off because it looks like an etsy listing, but the story that is woven here intrigues me. I like the idea of some wizard figure from some half remembered dream world interacting with people, though the "gaseous" transformation of the people and the coffins I'm still chewing on.
Neutral vote of nothing for the time being.
I'm getting really tired of sob stories in SCPs.
I was reading, and enjoying until the hook came in, and then it threw me off.
I really enjoyed this article, but I thought that the exploration log didn't really do anything for me, with the exception of the note at the end. Either way, I don't think the log detracts from the article, so I'll upvote.
I'm not really thrilled with this. The similarities to SCP-1230 are kinda killing it for me.
I'm trying to think of a serious comment besides "Great work +1" but all i keep thinking is "OMG ADORABLE GANDALF!!!!!!!"
(seriously who do i have to kill to get one of these?)
