Maybe this is a better intro than my first tale for this series. Maybe it isn't. Who knows. Either way here's another part to my space opera tale series!

The way the characters talk about the Twelve Stars and extraterrestrial Ortothan civilizations implies to me they know a lot more about them than what I thought was established in SCP-3417. Or am I misremembering?

Besides that, I really liked this and I'm excited to read more from this canon. +1

Is Terzan 2 twenty-eight hundred (2,800) light years away, or twenty-eight thousand (28,000)? You've used the former terminology in this story, but the latter number in SCP-3417.

I dig that kicker line at the end about not being remembered.

Whoops, completely missed that distance slipup. It's been fixed to 28,000 now.
