Wait, this references a -J article in a normal list SCP entry? Is that allowed?
I know this is a necropost, but SCP-041 should not have a nasogastric tube. They are designed for short-term feedings of only a couple of weeks, since they cause erosion of the skin and nose. The correct term is a gastrostomy tube, which goes through the abdomen into the stomach, and can stay in place for years. In addition a pacemaker is not needed even if his nervous system is not working. After all, transplanted hearts work just fine without any neurological connections.
Otherwise, I really like this one.
(although i suppose This comment im making is
This is definitely a necropost, as well and contributing nothing to the discussion.

Why don't they just give the poor guy Panacea? Then they wouldn't have to spend as much keeping him alive. Then he could be contained like any other humanoid SCP.
Because he's easier to contain in this state, and it might even lead to item loss. God knows if his effect is still active while he's not comatose.
Easier to a certain degree, I guess, but using up more resources. And if he suddenly gets some complication, he might die on them anyways. And if his effect is not active when he's healed, they could either Class A him and let him go, make him part of the Foundation, or try to recreate the conditions allowing him to gain telepathy. The latter seems more likely of the Foundation.
Subtle, I like it. The cross-reference to the Witch Girl is especially delicious. +1
little bit of humor mixed in with the professional style of the form, I like it alot. The small details really bring it to life (the movie/snuff preference, small jokes in the quotes.) Some might argue it takes away the professional style of writing but I think you maintain a balance. The one things is just some grammar here and there but still an upvote for me.
I don't like the character of SCP-041 here. He didn't appear as though he was acting in anything. I feel like it's something that a lot of old articles have. They don't feel as though they are real characters. The Lolfoundation bit is unnecessary. And not even because it's Lolfoundation! It makes the character of 041 feel like he does not have any emotions or needs.
