Some worldbuilding for part of a much larger project. This will eventually tie in, but I hope it's enjoyable as it is right now. Thanks to the handful of people I showed this to before popping it off.

This has the same issue as some of your other articles, such as SCP-2846, in that you have to deliver the stinger by means of exposition in the form of a missive or email, but the buildup to the stinger is fantastic. Some other things I really like about the piece are how each sub-entity is denoted by its containment class, and how the most dangerous of the Three Profanities is actually Safe. There's a real sense of gravitas, scale, and danger present throughout the piece - that first picture, with the foundry containment unit, is particularly evocative.

This formatting will make the bullet point line breaks work better for all devices. The span with margin thing only indents the first line on mobile (and uses a pixel measurement and whatever.)

Does the GOC want the Foundation to stop all further involvement with Pluto or destroy it? They've ordered the Foundation to do both in the same letter.

The existence of SCP-4812-K was not realized until the discovery of SCP-4812-1, due in part to SCP-4812-K’s near-invisibility6 and its high rate of speed as it travels. SCP-4812-K routinely reaches speeds in excess of 800 km/h.

SCP-4812-K has been known to the Foundation since 1964, when it was confused for an experimental US air vehicle while crossing over the northern USSR.

These aren't entirely irreconcilable, but they do appear to give different accounts of how the Foundation learned of it.

As a standalone article, 4812 gives just enough information to intrigue and confuse me at the same time, but the way in which you confuse me has earned my upvote. I can't wait to see what else you do in this fantasy setting to make things a bit clearer because I'm sure this skip's quality will only be improved with some more of that trademark Kaktus storytelling.

This is a rare novote on a kaktus article for me. The worldbuilding is fantastically evocative, but the whole article just seeps of that - pure worldbuilding. I have no doubt at all that this whole thing is gonna pay off in a big way, but til then I'm left not feeling much of anything.

This one could use another proofreading pass or 2, as well. Doesn't yet have that distinctive kaktus polish.

The star maps vexed me, but tracing them in the sky and following the movement of the star that cannot be seen I caught but for a moment a glimpse of the face of the one that La Hire had called the Profane Adamant.

The bolded text… is that the 4000-Eshu Protocol? Faeries are mentioned at other points in the writings.

Every article you write is so well formatted, it feels like a legit government classified document.

Whilst I do agree that having the stinger come in an email or memo, like your other articles, is a bit of a trope at this point, I think it works here. And as you said, it's world building for a bigger story, one that I'm excited to see.

I do however think that this could of done a little more to catch attention, and not just be world building.

Still going to +1 though, because good lord the style and format of your documents are just way too good.
