This is my herobrine inspired SCP. It's probably too different from the real deal to be suitable for forcing Procyon (who agreed to eat an article of clothing if I succeeded) to eat an article of clothing. Oh well, the journey was fun anyways. Thanks for reading and voting!

Neverwere's themes are the same themes I have a tendency to explore and go through and think about on a personal level, which spills into my writing. I should write some Neverwere stuff for WL sometime…

If it helps, my creative process went like this:

If herobrine is a virtual ghost from a real dead brother, what if I wrote a real memorial to a virtual dead brother?

And then I wrote a real-life memorial to a virtual dead brother. Plus an Easter egg.

I don't know what a herobrine is, but my takeaway from this is some kind of analogue of online relationships, save that one party was actually just data. Pretty powerful stuff.
