This is still quite good, but I found it a little harder to follow in places.
In particular I found the Speckmann Rebound a bit… unclear. Same with the Everhart Resonator, etc. It may have been intentional to leave this a bit ambiguous to writers could do basically whatever they wanted with them, but I'd have like a few more details and a bit more clarity. Had to read this several times before feeling I mostly understood.
The paragraph starting with "In practice, of course, most modern thaumaturges prefer to use less dramatic Sources for their workings" is especially confusing, because it starts off with discussing Sources, naturally goes to discussing rebound control, then immediately diverts from rebound control back to Sources. (Also, why not explain more on rebound control?)
Also the ending: I'm left wondering why the GOC would've bothered killing thirty people or ordering up a mass orgy for an apparently needless transportation ritual. And if they didn't, and they just used a supermassive Everhart Resonator for a few weeks, then why did the lecturer imply otherwise?
