As there is no limit to the amount of atmospheric moisture SCP-1786 can condense and brew, if exposed to the outside world it would eventually lead to an NK-class scenario involving the conversion of all available water into coffee.
I love how these guys can say that so nonchalantly.

If SCP-1539 is responsible, it would imply that the boat itself is an intelligent entity that once considered itself a rowboat, now considers itself a coffee machine, and is physically capable of functioning as either one. Perhaps a shape-shifter with enough "muscle memory" to still revert to the shape of a rowboat, but believing itself to be a coffee machine due to 1539's effect, and thus adapting to function as one. (It still works as a rowboat because it's still shaped like a rowboat.)
…I feel like re-reading that should confuse me more than it does.
