Started moving this over. Check to make sure I got everything.
And get me someone with a bit more experience to do the ToC and Categorization.
It doesn't look like wikidot has an alternative category function.
Rather, at the bottom of each page, next to the edit button, you can "Tag" each article with a label
by clicking on the "Tag" you can pull up all pages with the same Tag.
I've Tagged this one Euclid. Next I'll see how we can get the euclid page sorted.
6.84477 years and still no one has done this. Seems like a fun idea to write about.
I thought the same exact thing but have no clue how to go about it; do I need the okay from the original writers or what? I'm really wanting to start a "Testing" page where we could explore the testing of SCP's on/with other SCP's
someone opens 004 with 005
they stretch across every single of the infinite possible universes in the multiverse
the multiverse collapses

This is probally one of my favorite SCP's, more should really be done with it. I'd make a couple SCP's or stories to go along with this but I'm no writer and you dont need my bad spelling cluttering up this fine piece.
I really like this SCP, it get's you thinking about "what if". Really well done.
I like the idea… but I dislike all the ties and connections it's been gaining to other SCPs. There shouldn't be any overarching story or plot to these things, they're just weird shit for the sake of being weird shit.
may I ask why there shouldn't be any connecting of SCPs? I think since they are all under the SCP Foundations control why wouldn't the researchers be trying different SCP's together? they are all anomalies so why not try to see if one anomaly might go with or react to another?
The reason that cross testing is frowned upon is because some time ago that was used as a trick to seem better.
This is one of my all-time brick shitters. It's amazing how much is done with so little here. My only reservation is that the addition of SCP-004-3 may be a bit of an overreach. This one, to my way of thinking, definitely benefits from the KISS philosophy.
Yeah, I don't see how the band that comes out of 004-3 relates to the whole object at all. In all cases, nothing turns up when people are put in the box, but then a rubber bracelet does, and it happens to interact with a random sleeping bag? and a Doctor happens to be wearing it? an object that comes out of an extra-dimensional portal related to another extra-dimensional portal which is notably inhabited by strange green creatures probably wouldn't be used as a fun accessory.
Oh, I guess the "expunged" material is was brings it about? Still, seems tenuous to relate it to SCP-563. (edit) though SCP-563 wouldn't be anything without the band.
I'd wondered about that, when I read these two.
Maybe SCP-563 could be related to SCP-004 more closely? Maybe its make and model matches that of a sleeping bag used for what they expected might be a prolonged expedition, which turned out not to be due to using the wrong key on the door…
Have they ever tried to put Josie behindy back on?
yeah, I did. I had added a relevant bit to Josie's entry, but it was taken out with prejudice so…
Considering the rubber band no longer exists, apparently, perhaps it shouldn't be referenced here? Or the reference modified so that it's no longer an SCP?
Well spotted. I've removed the reference… This is one of the reasons we try not to reference other SCPs. If an article stands alone, it doesn't matter if other articles are deleted, but if they're all cross referenced then the editing becomes a headache and we miss things.
Here's a possible solution to that problem: Whenever you refer to a given SCP-A in another SCP-B, you leave a comment on A stating that it's referenced in B in such-and-such a fashion, and to please update B if A is changed in any relevant way. Sound workable?
SCP Wiki Administrator | Earth: We're all in this together.
Overly clumsy. Just do a site-wide google search for references every time, I guess.
I corrected the date in Appendix C to the four digit year format, so it matches the rest of the article. Nice and creepy, I like it.
