This is the first time in a while I've been gripped by an article. I think the ending is a little over-the-top, but I still really enjoyed it.

I love this. Reminds me of Kaktus' skip about the attic that doesn't exist, in the sense that it seems to about a broken family leaving their unhappiness behind.

Gaaah. This was a real dunnikin dive. I've seen backyards like this, mercifully never behind a house I was living in. The logs really added a flavor that I will describe as artistic verisimilitude.

I'm going to requisition SCP-999. It may take a while.
