Edit: Don't even worry about it
I don't think it works like that. You'll have to screen cap the discussion, since the page eventually gets automatically deleted. (PrntScn, paste into MS Paint)
I have screenshots of the previous discussion already, I just don't know how to implement them. Apply them. Set them up. I don't know, is the point.
Upload them to an image hoster (imgur, photobucket), show them with the code [[image URL-HERE]], and put the images in a collapsible. (See Formatting tab here to copy and paste.
Mild nitpick:
491 Command: Our records of the S.S. Vancouver confirm that.
Is that the sort of thing Agents need to know about? It sounds off topic and doesn't really fit in with 491 Command's tone for the rest of the log. Maybe something like a footnote confirming the Agent's guess?
In any case, +1.
A mighty fine rewrite ol' chap. I'm still not sure I love it, but it's way better than the original. +1
As I believe I said in the draft thread, it's still just a light that shows ghost ships. I don't think you've deviated enough away from the original article or created an interesting enough addition to give me reason to change the way I voted on the original. -1

Eh, I like it, but I was one of the few who also liked the original.
One nitpick:
Agent Davis made physical contact with Agent Gold at 00:39, coinciding with an earthquake of 7.7 magnitude, which damaged the mirrors and redirected the light. All passengers immediately vanished, along with the agent.
Which agent vanished? Davis or Gold? Because that is a BIG distinction there!
Never saw the original. Not sure what's really going on, but the story of the agents kind of grabbed me and wouldn't let go, so that's enough for an upvote.
Really though, it causes earthquakes to sink ships so it can… Keep the crews alive while they're decaying and trying to repair their ships? Is it killing crews just so it can keep them from the afterlife? This definitely doesn't make any sense, but like I said, the story that happens around it is worthwhile.
I've considered the earthquakes and the lighthouse itself to be to distinct phenomena. After the death of the lighthouse owner (who was a real person who saved hundreds of people in Cape Elizabeth), the anomalous effects began. The earthquakes are a drastic upscaling of the treacherous seafloor that was present. The lighthouse, I tried to make ambiguous, is trying its best to save the people, in a messed up way; reviving the crew and passengers that they can reach their final destination.
Or it might be a sadist. Who knows.
This is an interesting one. While there isn't much meat to the article, it does grips you, and despite the simplicity of the anomaly, it tells a decent story. The effect itself is also really intriguing, and I like that the Foundation tried to see where the whole deal was by allowing it to continue through the mirrors.
