Now that's a glove across the face.
e: with extra thought, seeing this combined with Bold's entry would be utterly, unimaginably amazing.
ee: vote removed for the moment, there are some hiccups in there that need fixing.
Where would those hiccups be?
The part with -B, unless I am truly being thick, really doesn't do anything for the scip at all, there's a period after the date when there should be a comma, and the overall tone could use a bit more tightening around the edges.
Everything that I thought it could be when I first saw it in chat, and more. Djoric's right, though, you might want to go through this and tighten up tone in some places, but overall it was not sufficient to prevent me from upvoting.
Removed the -B log.
From the first set of Special Containment Procedures, "Passengers may to be recruited as D-Class personnel."
However, upvoted anyway.
I really like this one. Any time I come up with a complaint, I immediately figure out why it's not a problem. Well done.
Oh yeah, is that supposed to be "red tape" in the last bit?
annoying.
I also felt that 2000-B served no purpose because you never described it in its description. Is it the computer program inside the machine? Gus, the machine's janitor? A big purple monster that drags the D-class the last 5 feet? We don't know, because you didn't say it.
Oh wait I get it, obfuscation. Hahaha. Uggggghhhh.
+1 in spite of these problems, because I liked the heart of the story. But this needs work.
Yet another mistake from the guys at the Foundation. I'm not really sure whether the archived descriptions of the skip or the current ones are true. The last log at the end kind of helped but it's still kind of ambiguous as to who's in control of the written document.
I dunno. Hm. It's not a bad concept, but the actual writeup didn't interest me a whole lot. The 'master' thing had me rolling my eyes, and the repetition of the procedures and description was extra reading for little payoff.
I do like the Unseelie thing, but not enough for me.
No vote for now.
