Figures somebody else would post a playground equipment themed SCP right before me. This has been changed quite a bit since my initial draft. I hope it works.

EDIT: I removed the image, as a reverse image search found it was copyrighted by the artist, and I highly doubt he was interested in releasing it under a creative commons license. New image is from here: http://yatesplaygrounds.co.uk/playground-products/playground-slides/products-slides.html

Dammit, why does someone always post right after I post something?

I actually kind of liked this, though. Some tone errors aside (referring to it as the object), it was creepy. I'll give it an upvote.

Haha, sorry! At least someone didn't post a singing SCP right before yours!

Changed object to subject. Any other tone issues you can see? Tone is something I will forever struggle with.

I don't see what the problem with object was. Changing it to subject actually makes the tone worse. Playground slide is not a subject; playground slide isn't alive. Referring to it as subject was the only tone issue I noticed while reading this.

I think I agree. Changed it back, because I really do think that works better.

Conceptually speaking, this feels like a typical mishmash of several very common SCP tropes (claustrophobia, child endangerment, time/space weirdness). However, the execution was decently eerie, and I think it has a place on the site. +1

The inability to move reminded me a lot of the Enigma of Amigara Fault. Not necessarily in a bad way.

FYI I finally read that. It was a pretty interesting idea, and I see why you were reminded of it.

I really, really, REALLY like this one. Those logs… Although for a moment I thought they were all entered into the tunnel at the same moment in time… heh, that would be interesting, the last d in line trying to scream instructions from future doctors…

I was thinking about doing a small-tunnel Claustrophobia SCP, but this is far better than anything I could have done. Great job.
