I have an idea for a new group of Canon tales, and want to do something new with it: Get some GOC and Wanderers Library tales into it, along with Foundation tales.
The subject: Marshall, Carter, and Dark, in particular Mr. Dark. We have some tales already that involve him:

The premise: Dark is the truly anomalous director of MC & D, and is, apparently, hundreds of years old. Many, if not all of the GOIs have had some dealings with him.
What I want you to do if you're interested in writing for this Canon: Write a biography of Dark from the point of view of one existing GOI. It can be a "Person of Interest" file; straight biography; whatever you think is appropriate. Then write a tale featuring Dark and the GOI you chose.
I would at least like to wind up with profiles from the point of view of the Foundation, GOC and SH/WL. I could also see some kind of historical tale featuring a former Foundation-like group (say The Royal Society for Containment of the Paranormal, set in 1860 London). It is perfectly OK if different bios/files conflict — Dark is a mysterious fellow, and maybe none of the info on him is actually correct.
