Boy, fix them SCP-XXXXs.
Special thanks to all of the people in chat. Also, Dexanote (For keeping me from copying another SCP) Roget (For preventing me from going with a vomiting kid as an SCP), and FlameShirt (Picture formatting is irritating).
Liked this when you showed it in chat, and now you've added another creepy picture on it.
Have a +1.
Accelerando, you may want to localize the files. The links could go dead, and then what're you gonna do?
Edit: And fixed.
And fixed by Aelanna. Sorry.
First of all, I sweared at the second I saw the pictures (Holy shit they are so wrong). Now, I fell rather disapointed. I expected a lot more from the article, but the hook wasn't as good as the pics. Also, you say it displays no sapience, but he can write letters? I dont think that's possible. -1.
I'll try to address that it displays no sapience in the presence of personnel. It is sort of a traumatized child.
Edit: On second thought, I'll just mention it reacts only to those affected by it.
What. The. Shit. +1
You had me when you explained how he 'sculpts' them. I mean… just what the shit.
I would get rid of the word sapience and also change the word "cool" at the end. It sort of throws the whole mood/tone of the article off. Unless you think it's absolutely necessary, I would change it to "happy" or "complete" or "loved" or something.
I fixed the sapience thing. :)

Ok, I know that you're generally new still, and haven't heard much of he Groups if Interest. I also know you stated that an SCP should be independent and not rely on anything else. The usage of the word "cool" is a reference towards the art group "Are We Cool Yet?", which is basically a group of art terrorists.
If you don't like that part, I apologize. I'm glad the "sculpting" process is where the article is the most interesting part for you; the addendum was meant to catch other people off guard.
+1 I've seen the pictures posted here before but this is well done. I'm glad to see more AWCY scips, and it's done in a subtle way.
Thanks! Working on it now, with the slightest influence from CryogenChaos.
That AWCY? reference actively ruins it for me. In addition, there's some awkward language (the muscles of SCP-1490-2 etc.) and the final addendum is incredibly forced. It feels awfully convenient that he wrote the clue to the article for us to find.
Anyway, I like the way you've portrayed his sculpting techniques and the pics are gold too, especially the first one. Congratulations on your third successful scip, Accelerando. :)
Thanks! I'll try to work on the wording of the transformation process as soon as I can, though I'd just give the excuse that the boy had gone off the deep end by the time he wrote that last note, but I understand what you mean.
