Only thing I object to is the characterization of Able as a "man" (it's not really human in my mind), but that's super nitpicky and pretty subjective. Otherwise this is good.

This is gold. Simple as that. You kept me reading from the start to the end, and while suffering sleep deprivation (wich is pretty much amazing). Even the title was great. +1.
P.S: this is totally headcanon from now on…
Although I subscribe to the notion that the Foundation does have a 001 on file, albeit more like Gears' 'gribbly monster that happened to be first' than Clef's Blues Brothers 'mission from god' origin, I do like this a lot. It syncs quite well with my notion that the distinction between 'anomalous' and 'non-anomalous' isn't a natural one but rather man-made by the Foundation, and that the laws of physics only appear to be universal because the Foundation is so good at keeping the exceptions to the rules under wraps. Also a nice nod to headcanon at the end there. +1
